This is literally the worst subway I have ever been to, I work in the area so I visit here once in a while in the hope that I would be served better but the employees just don’t want to do their job. They talk in their own language to each other the entire time they are serving me. They barely put any toppings/veggies/sauces on the order. On top of that I asked them for their names, One was Jay, the other guy refused to give his name and then when he did, I asked him to spell it to which he said he cannot spell his name, he told his name to be Jignesh but refused to spell it if I am putting his name wrong. I have been to other subways where the employees are super nice but I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this place. Not going there any more from now.

Reply to the Store Review: I think you posted a wrong reply under my post because first of all that’s clearly not my name which you have used in the reply to my review. Secondly, I went to the store on September 02, 2024 at around 12:15AM and during this time there were two person on the Cashier side of the store. And if this reply from the store is really about me then I do need to see that video where I am asking the employee to speak the other language you mentioned because fun fact is I know the name of that language you mentioned but I don’t know how to speak that at all. And finally, since you mentioned that I asked for 9 plus sauces, I hope this was recorded that your employee served me with atleast 4 of them since I demanded 9. Please let me know if I have to email you on the mentioned email to see the video of my visit along with the audio as you claim because now I am the one being defamed here which is not acceptable to me at all.

I went to the store on 3 September at around 12:25 AM to talk to the store employees for the video they were talking about in the review and there were two employees working in the store at that time. I asked them if it is possible to see the video of me talking in a different language to which one of the employee called his manager and then the same employee asked me to leave the store saying ‘THE GAME IS OVER’ and there is nothing further to discuss. To anyone who is reviewing my review as a customer to this store. Guys, I wouldn’t suggest you at all to visit this place, I went there to prove that I genuinely had a bad experience and that the reply from the store was wrong about me to which I was just asked to leave. Read moreI used to rate this place a 5 out of 5, the old owner was very nice to talk to and never cheaped out on anything you asked him for. These new owners are awful, they don't even accept any of the Subway deal promotions Subway offers in the app or paper flyers. Being the only Subway in the neighborhood that doesn't accept coupons/promos just rubs me the wrong way and the next thing I'm going to tell you takes the cake. Not only do they not accept coupons/promos, they charge more regular price for the same subs at other locations. For example 1717 Bloor charges $9.99 for a footlong meatball, for comparisons 267 Queen St. West (another 24hr location) charges $8.89 for the same sub and they also accept coupons. In conclusion, don't give these people your business. Go to another Subway franchise that isn't owned by such a greedy owner where you dollar will go much further for the same food.
EDIT: I'm going to response to the owners lies, that they replied to me. You sir/miss are a liar. You do not accept promos. Anytime there is a 20% or a Bogo 50% like there is right now, your restaurant is not "participating". Anyone can look this up right now on the app. You think the fact that you're 24 hours gives you the right to charge more than the other 24 hour store's in the area? YOU CHARGE MORE THEN OTHER STORES AND YOU DON'T ACCEPT APP PROMOS. Not only are you greedy, you're also a blatant liar.
PS. I've never talked to you before, so stop pretending like I'm so irate customer who had a bad in store experience. I don't buy at your store, because I'm not a sucker.

The lady who works during the day can barely make a sandwich to save her life and will scam you out of money. I asked for chips and a cookie with my sub one day and she kept insisting I had to have 2 cookies. I kept saying just one, but she put two in the bag and charged me for two even when I said I only wanted one. She pretends not to know English when you try to correct her so she can keep over charging you. She also tries to put one scoop of meat for a foot long and then acts offended if you call her out on it. They’ll do anything to make a buck including cheating frequent customers out of money. Her and the guy who works on the evening (I think he’s the owner) will even refuse to give you a receipt so you can’t do the official subway survey about your experience and they get annoyed or outright refuse to give you a receipt when you ask. They also refuse to honor coupons mailed that say they’re for this specific location - so don’t be fooled and duped into going because you have a coupon. They’ve never honored ours.
Oh, and while this disaster was happening a guy was asking for a fork (he’d already ordered) and she refused to give it to him. They literally argued about a damn plastic fork for a solid 30 seconds before she finally gave in. Just do yourself a favor and go to Tim’s. The service there is MUCH better...
