Very sweet cookies. I had to try these cookies because some people rave about them, but i didnt see the hype.
Store is located on the upper floor near the escalators/elevator. Theres a variety of unique flavours you can choose from that is displayed behind a glass, about 25+ options if i can recall.
I love sweets, but these cookies that i picked were overly sweet (mostly the ones with brown chocolate). My family described it as, 'i just ate sugar with some flavour', all of them just at 1/4 or 1/2 of a cookie. No one wanted a second piece. The cookies and cream for me was the sweetest and the crunchiest on the outside that i could only eat 1/2 (it was probably overcooked?). Other cookies had a slight crunch on the outside. All of them however were dense, soft, and chewy inside. The matcha cookie was the only one i liked, the white chocolate wasnt as sweet, overall it had the right sweetness of a cookie.
They werent cheap on the ingredients. It is smaller in size than i thought it would be. I have small hands, and my palm was still slightly bigger than these cookies. Also, all of them were greasy, left some oil on my hands.
For $3.50/piece i would say theyre just a bit expensive. But the more you buy, it would cost less, like $18/6 pieces, so $3/piece. They do not charge tax, but asks you for tip in the machine.
The staff barely spoke haha kind of an awkward service
Overall, probably would give it another try and only try it...
Read moreCraig’s Cookies is a fantastic place to satisfy a serious sugar craving, landing a solid four out of five stars for its delicious indulgence and fun atmosphere.
The appeal is immediate: these cookies are massive, satisfyingly thick, and generously loaded with different candy bars and treats baked right inside—their signature move. I highly recommend trying the Kinder Bueno or the Mars Bar varieties; they deliver on that nostalgic, gooey, over-the-top sweetness they promise. They even offer options like the Vegan Classic Chocolate Chip and Gluten-Friendly versions, which is a big plus for accommodating different diets.
The store itself is bright, often playing fun music, and the staff are always friendly and enthusiastic, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere. Service is quick, and the aroma alone is enough to stop you mid-shop.
The one area holding it back from a perfect score is the price and sweetness level. These are definitely on the expensive side for a single cookie, and some of the flavours can be intensely sweet—they are very much an occasional treat. Also, the size can sometimes lead to them being slightly underbaked in the center, which some love but others might find a little too doughy.
Overall, if you are looking for a decadent, huge, and truly unique cookie experience that makes for a great pick-me-up or gift, Craig's Cookies is a delightful stop that consistently delivers on...
Read moreVisited Craig’s Cookies today and was curious about their Matcha White Chocolate cookie, so I decided to try that along with a Brownie White Chocolate one.
The Matcha cookie was amazing — it had a genuine, rich matcha flavour that reminded me of what I’ve had from authentic cafés. However, the Brownie cookie was a bit too sweet for my taste and slightly cold and dry.
One thing that surprised me was the service. I was standing in line waiting while the cashier was finishing with another customer. A man walked in after me, stood in front of the display, and a staff member from the back came out to help him immediately. After serving him, she went back inside without acknowledging me. I’m not sure if it was an oversight or if there was a reason, but it felt like I was overlooked.
Overall, great matcha cookie and nice shop concept, but I hope the team can pay a bit more attention to customers...
