Fruit Burst is one of my favorite places! Everything is super fresh and full of flavor. Their smoothies and wellness drinks are so tasty and make you feel good. The avocado melt sandwich is my go-to warm, healthy, and really satisfying. I also love their açaí bowls, it comes with fresh fruits on top and looks as good as it tastes. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick. If you enjoy healthy and yummy food, you must try Fruit Burst!!!

I like that they don’t add sugar to their smoothies. I ordered the smaller size but when I got home and check my credit card, I was charge the bigger size smoothie. I don’t know what happened but I feel like I got scam. Although it’s only $1 difference.

This place is so scammy. I'm honestly VERY surprised by the other reviews and am quite suspicious of who would provide such high ratings. Avoid at all costs.

Here's my experience: Bought a 'smoothie' for $10 and it's the most watered down thing I have ever had. Compare this with jugo juice or booster juice where the smoothie is supposed to have some thickness, this smoothie was just water. Also they didn't even bother to provide a straw!!!

Panini melt was also garbage. I have no idea how this is possible but the bread had grill marks but it wasn't even toasted!?!? You would think making toast would be easy but they messed it up... Also, there were only 2 spinach leaves. TWO INDIVIDUAL LEAVES. The cheese wasn't even melted at all. The size of the sandwich is smaller than a toddlers palm. It's like they found the smallest loaf of bread possible and used that.

Lastly the fruit cup was terrible. The fruit was on the verge of expiry and no sweetness to it.

Honestly, the paper bag was the best thing to come out of this order. I can use it to throw trash in... Like the food this establishment likes to serve.

EDIT: Your review as a business owner clearly demonstrates how unapologetic you are to an unsatisfied customer. Overly defensive that the product you serve is susceptible to criticism. It's on the onus of you, as the business owner, to improve your products given a customer's feedback.

Anyone reading my review can take a look at the photo and see if that is the type of product they would want to purchase in the future. I'm sure the photo speaks more than a thousand words. I also made NO comment made on the size of drink in my original review. Are you inferring that calling a 10oz drink VENTI size is perhaps deceptive marketing ;). (And yes, they did NOT provide a straw!!! Funny how you left that out in your response).

Secondly, if I did pick it up later (within the alotted time that Skip mentioned was the expected pick up time), wouldn't that have given MORE time for the cheese to melt? And thank you for not addressing there were only two measly pieces of spinach in the sandwich.

The actual order was not $10 btw. Only the juice was $10 (actually $11.50, but i'll let that slide). The sandwich was $14.50. So in total it was $26 + tax. And I'm telling you right now it was not worth it.

Nothing I stated was a lie, it was my opinion that the food served here was to my dissatisfaction. You are more than welcome to disagree with my review, but it is my recommendation for patrons to avoid this service...

Got the Budda Bowl and Avocado smoothie from the Mount Sinai Food Court location.

There is no atmosphere because it is a hospital food court, but I didn't want to give no stars for that.

Employees are friendly and service was decent.

The avocado smoothie was good and I'd order it again. The reason I gave three stars for the Budda Bowl are for the reasons I mention below... and because I wouldn't order food from there again.

There is supposed to be a 'satay' sauce 'drizzled' over the top, but it was just a hunk of peanut butter on top, with a sour/salty tinge to it. Reminiscent of satay sauce, but actually quite unappetizing. The tofu was nothing special. The 'seasoned rice' was just plain white rice with some sesame seed mixed in. There was about 4 leaves of spinach and a huge amount of the pickled onions, both of which tasted ok, but quantities were strange. The mango was inedible unfortunately. It was just beginning to ferment, a bit fizzy and sour.

I've been working at the hospital for 10 years and it's always exciting when a new food place opens. I really wanted to like the food at Fruit Burst! They don't seem to be very busy so perhaps the ingredients aren't as fresh as they could be and maybe they are cutting corners a bit. I understand because times are tough, but my honest feedback to the owners would be to make some improvements and put out food that is really appetizing. Otherwise it may be hard to stay in business (at this location) and have repeat customers. There is stiff competition with Me Va Me and...
