Don’t get fooled by their fake 5 star 1 review account ratings. Instead of taking accountability to fix the issues at hand they would rather waste the time creating / encouraging fake positive reviews to boost their rating! Good work team! Location: 1/5āļø Difficult to find. Coming to Isabelle’s night club you have to line up at the door to a different venue called Belfast as they are co-joined in one location. However there are no signs directing you to either of the venues. When it’s your first time visiting, be ready to waste a lot of time finding where to actually go. Two different line-ups outside & 3 bouncers and everyone is confused, no one knows how to direct people. Staff: 1/5āļø I’m giving one star for the coat check ladies who seemed to be the only ones who had great customer service and did their job right. Bouncers were beyond aloof. Aggressive, and useless. Instead of directing the stream of people to the venues they were trying to get to (For example people asking them which way is ___ venue), they carelessly let everyone in and then spent said time arguing and trying to force people who already got inside and did coat check to GET OUT in the -30 cold just to re-line up to access the upstairs / downstairs venues because ā€œtoo bad so sad they are completely different venuesā€. Ladies sitting at the entrance tables to both venues were clueless. Trying to charge people ā€œcoverageā€ even though we were on the guest list for a planned event and arrived before 10pm. Only after speaking out about this did they go ā€œoh yea I guess we won’t chargeā€. Downstairs portion of the venue was much quieter and more relaxed, but once we got upstairs the treatment was gross. The woman doing random bag checks + grope-searching males was weird, aggressive, angry, and allowed herself to go too far. Getting to the bar- the bartenders were friendly for the most part but it was more of ā€œshowā€ than ā€œserviceā€ and ā€œdoing the jobā€ part. Crowd: 1/5āļø 90% women and 10% men inside. I gave it my best shot trying to get into it but it was not a vibe. It seemed like a club that was originally targeted more towards female audience but also trying very hard to have men there but it’s just not working the way they planned it. Not a good time. Service: 1/5āļø Considering this is a newer venue our hopes and expectations were a little bit higher, and this was a flop from the second we got there till the end. Everyone currently working at Isabelle’s seem to be careless, burnt-out and aloof. Drinks: 1/5āļø We tried doing a bit of research before coming here to see which drinks were popular. All I can say is that it was not worth it, ideas for the flavours of cocktails were great but the execution was not done right. Flavours would overpower, not go well together, tasted off, and some drinks were almost ā€œgrainyā€ in texture which was not pleasant. My colleagues had 2 drinks wasted/returned back to the bar simply because they were just disgusting in flavour. What a waste of product and money. Music: 1/5āļøMediocre remixes that made me feel like this was 2012 all over again. They played a few recent trends and that’s about it. Not a fun vibe, no real bangers to enjoy and dance to. But I guess this was good enough for a lot of ladies as they were the only ones somewhat enjoying themselves. Cleanliness: 1/5āļø Both Male/Female washroom stalls covered in puke, wet floors from people constantly spilling drinks and breaking glass… nothing was being done to maintain the place clean. Price: 1/5āļø Would not waste my money here ever again. For example: 50$ spent for 2 cocktails, 40$ spent for 2 shots + tips. And considering everything else adding to the experience this was a rip off. Extremely disappointing experience, as much as I tried to enjoy the new venue and look past all the mistakes and disappointing customer service, it was just a flop night. There are Way better venues in Toronto to come enjoy great music, drinks and mingle with a fun crown. Isabelle’s is NOT one of those places.

Extremely disappointing and discriminatory experience. My friends and I had a truly upsetting experience at this nightclub. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with blatant disrespect. While we were patiently waiting outside, the bouncers repeatedly claimed we ā€œweren’t in lineā€, even as they let others who arrived after us go in. Strangely enough, the groups admitted before and after us were predominantly white, while we are a group of women of colour. I don’t want to jump to conclusions, but the pattern was hard to ignore. Once inside, we were minding our own business. As is typical in clubs, men approached us — most of whom we weren’t interested in entertaining. At one point, I was sitting at a table talking to a man who gave off a creepy vibe, so I got up to leave and return to my friends. Before I even left the table, security came up to me and claimed I was ā€œtoo drunk.ā€ I was completely sober. My friends were just as confused, and we calmly explained the situation — yet we were completely ignored. To make matters worse, the man at the table had the audacity to tell me, ā€œIf you come home with me, you can stay.ā€ I told this to the security and bouncers, yet they continued to escort me out without a word. Meanwhile, all around us were people clearly intoxicated — stumbling, falling — and none of them were asked to leave. They were, however, white. The man at the table who made the disgusting comment was not escorted out. As we were being forced out, the bouncers acted as if our small group of 5’4ā€ women were being aggressive, when we were simply trying to understand what was happening. It felt performative and demeaning — like they were trying to create a scene. Having worked in nightclubs before, I know the difference between a venue that values its guests and one that targets certain patrons unfairly. This place clearly falls into the latter. There are several other reviews here on Google of people who have experienced something similar. I’ll never return, and I urge others — especially women/people of colour — to think twice before supporting a place that treats guests this way. Attached is a photo of the two bouncers who were particularly disrespectful. I hope no one else has to go through what we did.

I had the most amazing experience at Isabelle’s in Toronto, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the incredible staff who made my night unforgettable! First off, the bartenders Nick and Matthew are absolute legends. Not only are they masters of their craft, but they’re also so welcoming and friendly. They worked seamlessly together, keeping the bar running smoothly through all the chaos during the busiest time of year (NYE). If you’re lucky enough to grab a drink from these guys, you’re in for a treat! The drinks were SO GOOD. And I can’t forget about the amazing bouncers Nathaniel, Donny, and Ramy. Nathaniel isn’t just there to keep things safe; he truly sets the tone for the night. From the moment we arrived, he was professional, approachable, and incredibly respectful. He also exudes a vibe reminiscent of Igor from the movie Anora, adding a unique charm to the experience. Donny and Ramy were equally impressive, maintaining a perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. The team effort between all three of them was phenomenal, and it showed in how well-organized and secure the night felt. Honestly the best and most friendliest bouncers I've come across. If you’re looking to club in Toronto, Isabelle’s is the place to be, thanks to Nick, Matthew, Nathaniel, Donny, and Ramy!

the security and bouncers are extremely ignorant and unprofessional. the white make bouncer at the front was yelling at my two friends and i that we were not in the right line, however, there is no clear marker for where to line up for isabelle’s or belfast love. when we finally were allowed to enter, my friends and i were told by this same bouncer that if we are caught trying to enter isabelle’s that we will be kicked out. we ended up making our way upstairs to isabelle’s where we paid a $20 cover each, only to experience an extremely stuffed, hot, and smelly atmosphere. we stayed for about 15 minutes before we decided to sit down near the area where we paid our cover. there were two small couches and a small table. as we were about to exit, i sat on the edge of the small table to get a photo. the extremely short black male security guard then aggressively yelled at me to get up. i told him i am leaving i just wanted a photo to which he attempted to pick me up by my waist but failed. he grabbed my waist with both of his hands and shoved me out despite my friends and i trying to explain that we are leaving on our own right now. he continued to push me backwards in such an aggressive manner, i did not even realize what was happening as it was such a blur but i tried to grab on to anything i could to prevent being thrown down the flight of stairs we entered through. i couldn’t see where i was being shoved to, but i assume he was trying to shove me down the flight of stairs to which i started to panic. all of a sudden he pushes me to the ground, i am on my back and somehow manage to get back up where he still continues to grab me and shove me out. my dress had ridden up all the way and i was trying to explain that i am leaving on my own, willingly! there were multiple witnesses and this is when about 5 other security guards showed up because there was so much chaos. a man i did not even know witnessed the whole thing and even tried to get this security guard to let go of me, as well as my two friends. my friends began to record the interaction because of how aggressive this behaviour was from all of the staff involved. at no point had i ever been rude or aggressive toward anyone! all i simply did was try to explain that i can leave on my own without being pushed backwards so aggressively to the point where i was on the ground. this didn’t even stop the security guard from being aggressive with me. i just didn’t want to fall down the stairs as it seemed this was what he was trying to do. i genuinely do not know what made him so angry with me that he had to display this blatant rage and disrespect in front of many witnesses and coworkers. i ended up making it outside where i spoke to a black female security guard and a middle eastern or brown bouncer outside at the door. the bouncer told me he had audio recording so i was explaining the situation to which he was also extremely aggressive and dismissive toward me. i asked them who is their manager and he told me he’s right over there dealing with the police for another unrelated issue. clearly the staff at isabelle’s are all on a power trip because there is no need to try and shove people out down the stairs. at this point i began to ball my eyes out because i had realized what happened to me and that i was physically assaulted. i explained the situation to the manager, a white male. he gave me his email and said he will follow up with me on monday about this security guard. i explained that i want this to be dealt with or i will be taking legal action. i cannot believe this happened to me and it’s safe to say i will never ever return back to this traumatic and disgusting place. TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER AND DONT HIRE PEOPLE WITH...

Let’s start with positive. Overall welcoming staff, nice atmosphere, nice decor, drinks okay.

I went 2 times to Isabelle’s and the experience i had the second time was very different from the first. First time everything was flawless, bartenders, bouncers were efficients and music was good a five star experience. Second time, at first everything, was good i was on the guest list for the first time which was pretty convenient, bouncers were professional everything’s good so far. Where it goes downhill. First, it’s a bit more crowded cause it’s around midnight so i manage to find my way to the bar to order drinks. I waited 15 minutes squeeze between a group of guys who didn’t had a table and weren’t ordering anything they were just chilling taking to their buddy the barman, meanwhile I’m trying to get his attention, but of course a group of ladies stand on my side and they got his attention for sure, so basically he skip me for this group and then when he’s done with them taking shots obviously he doesn’t, try to take my order, he go back talking to his buddies. Then to top it off an elderly man walk up to bar where the ladies were and in 10 seconds the barman acknowledged him and took his order. Then finally i had to like wave and make sign to somehow capture his attention. This may sound ridiculous, and it is. A part from this one barman the other barmaids and barman were professional and efficient. Finally i ordered paid got the drinks but shortly after i decided to go back home. This is where it’s interesting and the only reason i wrote this review i mean a part from the barman but that’s whatever, so I’m taking the stairs i exit the building I’m not on the side walk I’m like in the entrance area in where the bouncers are to manage the lineup but it’s so packed on the side walk where they made me exit that i can’t move because there’s literally a group of people blocking the way so I’m waiting like a second or 2 so the group moves, and then out of nowhere this white bald buff bouncer, push me from the back into the group that are located on the sidewalk so i don’t stand in the entrance area. I didn’t say anything and made a big deal because why would i after that i can’t imagine what he would’ve done. But the fact is, they don’t have efficient security measures to safely manage their customers waiting outside or trying to exit. I find it totally unnecessary to push me, especially coming from their bouncers, totally unprofessional, training is needed and redesign your entry and exit location. Anyways i recommend Isabelle’s if you’d like to get pushed around by the bouncers when they can’t do their job properly, also i’d like to mention i wasn’t drunk.

I definitely won’t recommend...
