My wife ordered a Big Mac from this location for me and delivered it at my work. Usually, I like my big mac custom made with extra pickles extra mac sauce and today we added extra patty. Unfortunately, once I received this order, I found that one of the custom ingredients was not added to my burger (the extra patty). At first this was not the biggest issue, my wife called to complain so we could get some type of resolve in the inconvenience of the mistake that they had done. While speaking with a representative of that location (AMY), she as very defensive and rude over the phone. This representative requested me or my wife to go back and get the burger exchange. After explaining to Amy that me and my wife were working and had no time during the day to leave and deal with this inconvenience, she spoke very rudely stating that “if we were able to pick it up, we should be able to return for an exchange.” I understand the difficulties of working in customer service, but in no means should a customer receive attitude and rudeness for the mistakes that they made. We all work hard for our money, and me paying extra for my extra custom burger should be created properly as requested and if not, I should have the right for some compensation as I paid extra for my meal. It is an inconvenience to receive my food not properly made, it is an inconvenience that I called to complain about their mistakes, it is an inconvenience that I need to listen to rude customer service, and it is an inconvenience that I paid extra and received nothing back. It’s an embarrassment how they treat customers.

I went there last night to grab some food, and when I arrived I realized I forgot my mask. I walked inside using my hoodie to cover my face so that I could still have something covering my face and asked the staff if I could have a mask.

I asked one of the staff, and it seemed like they didn't have any by her response, but it seemed like she was asking another staff member. So I waited.

A girl working behind the counter then started shouting at me about being unable to serve me if I don’t have a mask. The way she responded was very aggressive and accusative, and obviously her tone created a chaotic scene as everyone started watching. I felt like I was being treated like a social outcast or something.

The whole situation could have been avoided if they carried extra masks for customers who forgot to bring one, rather than automatically assuming that anyone without a mask is some kind of anti vaxxer or antisocial creature trying to cause trouble for everyone.

I was having a chill and calm time before this happened, and that response was just completely random and unwarranted. Very incompetent way to treat customers, just completely lacking social skills.
