I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious ham and cheese melt sandwich and a cup of London Fog at Second Cup Cafe 39 Bay St branch while taking my online class. The experience was absolutely satisfying in every way. ☺️ The ham and cheese melt sandwich was simply delightful. The ham was savory and juicy, and the cheese perfectly melted and gooey. The bread was toasted to perfection, and the overall flavour was just right, not too salty nor bland. It was a perfect light meal that kept me energized throughout the class. 😋 The London Fog was just as impressive. The tea was of high-quality, and the subtle hints of vanilla and Earl Grey just made it divine. It was the perfect accompaniment to the sandwich, and I could feel myself relaxing with every sip. The ambiance of Second Cup Cafe 39 Bay St branch was lovely. The cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and comfortable seating made it easy for me to concentrate on my classwork while enjoying my meal. Overall, I highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a great place to enjoy a tasty meal and some warm drinks. The ham and cheese melt sandwich and London Fog were fantastic, and I am positive that anyone who visits will have a similarly delightful experience. 🌟

I'm a huge pita pit fan and was really unimpressed from this visit. I was made to go round in circles trying to get my rewards scheme to work for 10 minutes until the supervisor informed the server they don't accept them at this branch, total waste of time and seems basic knowledge. The black bean pita just wasn't up to scratch at all and not a sniff in comparison to its usual taste. Soggy, wet, cold and bland on an anemic pita made this gross. I wish I'd saved a ton of money and opted for something like Subway which is a much higher standard than this. I'd avoid this location in my opinion and won't be visiting here again.

We had such a great experience at Pita Pit! The food was super fresh, flavorful, and made exactly the way we like it. The staff was very friendly and patient while we chose our toppings, and everything was served quickly. The place was clean and welcoming, which made the meal even better. Definitely one of our favorite spots for a healthy and tasty bite. Highly recommend! Specially Aman and mani they are the best they help us to choose things easily

The manager had a fit with one of his staff. He Kicked a box and was swearing at him after I had ordered my drink. This is not how you treat people. In order to win over the people who are working for you, it’s important to look them in the eyes and tell them how much your appreciate them. This takes looking for things in them that are of value and that can be difficult, but it is necessary. When people step out of line, take them aside and let them know how you feel. This takes swallowing pride and ego, but I promise you it will benefit your workplace tremendously. I don’t feel comfortable supporting this Second Cup. I feel sorry for the staff who could have been having a bad day and was disrespected by his manager. I don’t know the full story, but I know that true leadership isn’t yelling and screaming, but communicating and...
