I've always found my way around eventually, if only disoriented for a moment. I've also found any staff politely obliging our directions when asked. Union has been a work in progress ongoing, for what seems several years, intensely, but somehow they manage to keep the flow of travel without much delay. All of the renovations are active proof of how willing the TTC and Go Transit are to please us, the public. The art displays are monumental, and the art deco, architecture, is beautiful inside and out! There's multiple purchase options for travel whether personal or machine, and they're easy to find. Coffee and good food are close by, as well as bathroom amenities. There's multiple exits if someone is a smoker, and easy entry back in to catch a bus or train, with umpteen monitors displaying arrivals or departures, and the flow between transfers is usually within a reasonable limit to adjust to in proceeding further. This would ensure a smoother and more convenient experience for travelers.
Nonetheless, Union Station remains an impressive transportation hub with its cleanliness and organization, and with a few improvements in communication, it could become an even more welcoming and...

People crowd the elevators and do not care for those who actually need them. I was waiting with my baby and an elderly couple as people pushed passed us. I got annoyed and just pushed through and allowed the couple to follow me in or else we would have been there for a while. If I didn’t have my stroller I would have used the...
