This location is an absolute disgrace. They have zero regard for the care of people food or customer service. 2/4 times I ordered the exact same thing from this store…… two of those orders were decent the other two were a total disaster. So it’s safe to say chances of you getting a properly cooked/well tasting meal from this location is 50/50. I ordered two panzorotti and they were BLACK. The two of them were burnt to a crisp and my food was given to me in an OPEN BOX. Upon receiving my complaint the sales associate at this sugar beach location said word for word “I don’t know what your talking about and whoever made your food isn’t here”. After expressing more outrage she said WORD FOR WORD “Well that’s something you have to fix for next time because if you don’t want it burnt you have to specify that in the notes”. She was beyond rude and dismissive. She said “well I don’t know what you want me to do about that”. 😂😂😂 I can’t even imagine every speaking to a customer at my job that way but each to their own I guess. I could not believe my ears. Whooooo orders their food burnt ??? No one should have to tell a restaurant that they don’t want their food burnt. She refused to give me her name and when I called back they just ignored my call…. multiple times they just stopped answering their phone. The second order that was messed up was ….. whoever made it put about a giant fist full off chopped garlic in my TINY panzorotti. I sat there picking out garlic for over 30 minutes before I just gave up. It was garlic with a side of cheese and sauce. I will be posting pictures and videos of both these orders on my food blog. I have attached a little glimpse of what I’m talking about in this review. Of the BLACK panzorotti sand of my garlic filled panzorotti I was spitting up for 30 minutes. I am soooooooo disgusted with this store… when they don’t mess up your order it’s actually pretty good but I don’t like the odds of 2/4 and I don’t like being disrespected and treated like trash by staff. I don’t want to be politically incorrect because I know these ethnicities are all very different so I will say the girl I’m referring to is a Young Asian/Chinese/Korean girl with a very soft/high pitch voice. For more honest reviews, please check me out @arieshungrie on all platforms. Long story short, the staff at pizzaville have zero regard for the care of your food or customer service and I will NEVER order a single thing from them again.

Update (Oct 2023): I've ordered from this location a bunch since they opened and their QC has progressively got worse, and today is by far the worst meal I've ever had from a pizzaville and probably any pizza chain in general. Portions were attrocious - the panzerotti was literally less than half the size it's supposed to be (you can see the 2 differents panzerottis in my pictures, one being from when they first opened and the other, tiny one, from today). In addition, there was barely any filling in the panzerotti and the pizza had barely any cheese or sauce. I've never been this dissapointed with a pizzaville before and with these portions/quantities it honestly feels like they're stealing from their customers. Luckily the liberty village location also delivers to me so I'll be ordering from there for now on. Safe to say this is the last time I ever order from this location. Original review (4star): Finally a Pizzaville location downtown! One of the best pizza chains out there - quality ingredients and amazing value. Their fried ponzos are the best! (Although the one I got/pictured was a little under cooked).

I’m going to keep this short, kind of like the size of the panzarotti if you can even call it that, it’s basically like a pizza pocket without any fillings. I have had thin crust pizza with more girth than this thing. We ordered a bunch for a group, asked for deep fried option and they all show up baked. First disappointment, next we open the box and it looks like a flat pizza pocket that is mostly dough, which cost about $15 each. Not sure how much a small pizza is but probably better off buying one of those and folding it in half, one of these is not even close enough to fill you up, would need two which means $30 for a ‘panzarotti’ no sides no nothing, yeah go buy something else or somewhere else. Do not recommend pizzaville anymore, there are a ton of pizza joints downtown that will provide better quality and quantity of food.

Absolutely fantastic experience at this location]! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt right at home.

The food was absolutely perfect! The pizza was cooked to perfection, with a crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and just the right amount of cheese and toppings. The panzarotti was equally impressive – perfectly golden on the outside and deliciously gooey on the inside. Every bite was a delight.

The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, making it the perfect spot for a casual meal or a special occasion. The restaurant was clean, well-decorated, and had a cozy vibe that made us want to stay longer.

Overall, everything about this place exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of outstanding food, top-notch service, and a wonderful atmosphere makes this place a must-visit. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an...
