Horrible experience, from start to finish. We were told to pull dresses that we liked, then as we were pulling someone came to tell us not to pull dresses because " we want to stay organized " ... so we handed them over. Finally went to the dressing room, only 2 dresses in the room, we had approx. 8 in total. No one knew where they were and even asked if I was sure I picked them. Anyway, finally found the girl who took them from us, asked her, and with no remorse or apology just said, "they must have got put away". So now we are going through the racks looking for the dresses and sizes. I don't know how many times I heard employees ask guests, "are these your dresses?" Pointing to the rack where they hang everyone's dresses, no label system to know who's are who's and the new dresses and dresses to go back are all on the same rack. Definitely not a good system in place for prom dresses to stay "organized" Finally we narrowed down the dress however, we did have another appointment we booked at another boutique, told our consultan we would be back before 5pm (this is at 3) if we were getting this dress, she pressed us hard on where we were going, (not her business) when we told her she legit back up and with both hands waving at us said, " ok bye" at this point I didn't even want the dress based on the customer service. The manager was very nice and apologetic, offered to hold without a deposit and give us a small discount, but at this point our minds were made up.

Have a system and policies in place that everyone follows to avoid loosing customers dresses. Remember you are in customer service, so regardless of how you feel your "job" is to remain professional and polite at all times.

The lady who assisted us is kind but unfortunately lacked experience with dress fitting and sizing. Despite my daughter tried a size 00 and size 2 from the same dress, she advised her to get a small size that was not even available at the moment- and THEY ARE FINAL SALES. After a long wait of 10 weeks, the dress finally arrived, only to find out that it did not fit my daughter properly at the bust. Despite the obvious misfit, the lady kept insisting that it looked great and fit perfectly, which was far from the truth. A simple solution would have been to order a slightly larger size and then make minor alterations, but now we are stuck with a dress that was final sale and does not fit my daughter at all. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with someone who clearly lacks knowledge about dresses and fitting. Overall, I'm deeply disappointed with the service and expertise provided at this store. I would caution anyone considering purchasing a dress here to thoroughly assess the expertise of the staff before making any decisions. Additionally, when we requested to speak with the manager about the issue, we were informed that she wasn't available in the store, and we were left without any assistance. Despite reaching out via email to the manager afterwards, we never received a reply. This lack of follow-up and accountability only added to the frustration of the entire experience.    Read moreI bought a prom dress over 7 weeks ago and was told it'd come between 4-6 weeks, and last week I called to see whatâs up since it'd been 6 weeks, and Iâve heard nothing from them, and all Iâve been getting is a bunch of lies and half answers. Like last week, I called inquiring about when my dress should be here as I live in a whole other city, and they said it should come at the end of the week, so I waited and I received no call about it, so I decided to call this morning, and I was told they donât know and how theyâll âlook into itâ and call me back, which they said the same thing last week as well and never do. So I asked for her name, and they gave me a fake one. I called again later in the day and got the same answer: They donât know what happened to the dress..Like what? And Samatha, the lady I spoke to( who was very rude!) said she'd talk to her manager and get back to me, which she never did, and yet again, I had to call them, and I talked to Samantha, who then proceeded to tell me she doesnât know where her manager is and doesnât know anything, and then when I questioned it, like, How do you not know where your manager is?, she went and hung up and blocked my number, so now Iâm out of a dress and $728. They wonât answer their phones and this is terrible service and I will be taking actions...
