KASE Insurance — Local services in Toronto

what I can said to a company that make all enforces to get all my policies to them... they were really attentive during the quotes, and in the first year, so get one by one of my policies... after that... we got into few claims... and they got too much busy and forgot about me... I have to deal directly with insurance company, Gore Mutual... they never answer me, they took 3 months to start the process with my cars, and during that more claims come... so, after lots of stress... the Broker send me a letter, saying that Kare Insurance will not be my broker anymore after 60 days, and they said that Gore mutual doesn't have interested to renew with me as well... GOOD. you have to have insurance, BUT... you can not use otherwise they will refuse to renew with you.... Kase insurance doesn't even attend the minimal requirement to be qualified in customer service ranking... They didn't deserve be at least qualified to be dealing direct with people. One of the worst companies I have seeing in Canada.

UPDATE 2023-10: Terrible experience. Kase made changes to policy without our full consent, then were 2+ months late relaying the new invoice, only sending it once they received a late payment letter from underlying insurance provider, and even then not sending the new policy PDF until I asked for it, then poor answers and no urgency, and now an insurance cancellation from the provider. This is all meanwhile the full year of insurance without Kase's error, was already 100% paid in full.

I DO NOT recommend Kase insurance any longer.

UPDATE 2023: Quality has decreased, but they are at least reactively responsive.

Excellent experience getting commercial general liability insurance (CGL) here. We needed an expedited insurance certificate with custom added-insured and waiver of subrogation and they accommodated our needs perfectly. Thank you Ziya, Barrah, Melody, and the rest of the KASE Insurance team.

I promised I'd write a good review if the insurance certificate was successful in meeting the needs of our 3rd party who required us to have it and prove it (fully verified 2 weeks ago)...

We've been with KASE for a couple of years now and I simply cannot recommend them enough. When the previous directors for our company retired and we took over one of the first things we saw was exorbitant and excessive unnecessary insurance costs that had to be fixed. Jordan Giardino had spent years trying to earn us a client and the timing with his yearly followup came right around this time of change. Everybody in insurance likes to make you believe they are the best but Jordan IS THE BEST. We have seen our premiums cut in half and our coverage expanded. The construction industry requires commercial COI's as a routine part of business on commercial projects and our previous insurers would take days or weeks to properly provide those wheras (I'm sure they are rampant starbucks addicts) Kase's COI team provides them typically within less than an hour on normal workdays. The service we get from KASE far surpasses anything we've ever had elsewhere and the only thing you stand to lose by calling them is insane premiums and poor service from others that seem to be the norm for "the...
