Happy to see another Misoya open up as I enjoy their other location and this one is close to home, and while it was still pretty decent it definitely falls short.

I'm usually a bit skeptical when these food halls open as vendors with other locations usually don't perform as well in these settings as they do on their own, and unfortunately Misoya is no exception.

Price is a bit more than their brick and mortar location, and flavours and overall preparation is not up to par. It seemed like the cooks were reheating cooled broth, when the broth should always be hot and ready to serve - probably a result of low traffic but definitely effected the end product. Broth tasted more watered down and was lacking the depth I've tasted from the other location. Their menu is a little different as well - they have deep fried veg gyoza here while their actual location has pan fried pork gyoza, which is actually one of my favourite things here.

Overall it's still a pretty decent option when your craving ramen and probably the best in the immediate area, but I'd rather make the extra trek to their other location or one of the many other amazing ramen joints...

Service was quick, staff was friendly, and got my food in less than 10 minutes which is great. However, for the price point, the food was disappointingly average, bordering on bad. Got the afternoon special which comes with a free side (three options to choose from: takoyaki, edamame or vegetarian gyoza). Price after tax and tip was $26. At this price, you’d expect at least some more protein other than a few bits of ground pork in your bowl and half a boiled egg. Ramen was leaning on the salty side, oily and not very spicy but they had chili powder you could add yourself to amp it up. Noodles were chewy but the oil coated them so I felt very sluggish afterwards even though I avoided drinking most of the soup. Takoyaki was okay, crispy exterior and heavily garnished which was nice, but the inside was mostly just dough. I left full, but unsatisfied. Will probably not return as there are better and cheaper ramen options close by unless...

Recently visited Reman Misoya and had an exceptional dining experience. We ordered four different types of ramen to try, and each one had a delicious and rich broth that was truly enjoyable. Additionally, the fried chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection; we learned that it was flavored with miso, which added a unique and delightful taste.

The ramen noodles were cooked just right—not too hard—and the overall flavor was balanced without being overly salty. The service was also excellent; the staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. When we were unsure about which ramen to choose, our server patiently introduced each option and asked about our flavor preferences to help us make the best choice.

Overall, the combination of delicious food, generous portions, and outstanding service makes Reman Misoya a place I...
