La Diperie Richmond — Restaurant in Toronto

came in while it was dead empty around 10:50-11PM. the girl serving had 1 airpod in her ear while speaking to me and i could barely hear her at all. once she got my order, it took her 20 minutes to serve me 3 ice creams and 2 drinks. before you think it's a huge and difficult order, it was 2 scoops of hard ice cream, 1 soft serve with dip & no toppings, and the 2 drinks were the exact same thing. despite the time it took already, she finally made the blue "slushies" wrong as if they were an iced lemonade and had to remake it to become an actual blended slush. the harbord location is really the only good location at this point. birthday cake dip was also somehow salty?? i regularly get la diperie at the harbord & bay location and it definitely does not taste like this at all. i promise you i try so hard to like this franchise because of their birthday cake dip, but my experiences at la diperie have been...

Nice place with a good variety of options of ice cream, cheesecake factory slices , donuts with different dips and toppings... A lot of coffee, iced teas and other beverages as well.. I got the tiramisu with pistachio and hazelnut Bueno with maple candies... The latter was better. The donuts were not fresh but baked well.... Would like to try the other...
