I love that they have beyond items, but they constantly get my order wrong... adding cheese and even egg to things for no reason!!! Good food, but service can improve ALoT!!!

This Tim's is located in an Esso and does not have a drive-thru.

1/5 stars, since the location is maintaining incorrect information on their Maps listing, claiming that there is a drive-thru. Definitely didn't appreciate wasting my time driving to a substandard Tim's just because it's the only one nearby that claimed to have...

This Tim Hortons is called "express" which I didn't know when I went in, there is nobody to serve you you pay at the cash and serve yourself from a machine. Coffee tastes the same tho. What I didn't like was the lack of help and custumer service from the cashier because I didn't know the system so I asked and he wouldn't say...
