Ok. So to be fair, the coffee was really good. Smooth, not a lot of bite. I prefer my coffee black, and it was just how I liked it. I got their French pressed coffee. We purchased some chocolate as well, and 2 cookies. The cookies weren't what I would call memorable to us. They weren't bad though. The chocolate was good, very creative flavors. But for the price of the chocolate, I probably wouldn't get it again. I get that it's hand made, and local. But for a mocha, a coffee, 2 cookies, and 3 rather small bars of chocolate, it was a a little over 30$. Seems steep to me. Keep in mind, the parking was 2$, and we had to walk just under a kilometer to get there. It was small inside. If you're one person, or a couple, you're fine. But we brought a double stroller with 2 kids in it. Another walking, and 2 adults. I believe I saw 3, maybe 4 large tables, and they were all taken. There was even one with a single person at it who saw us standing there, and instead of moving to a single table, just stayed. So we left. After, we saw the bakery next door, and kinda had buyers remorse. They seemed to have a bit more selection, and a lot more room. We came all the way out from Abbotsford as an adventure, and I wouldn't...

This place looks very small from the outside, but upon entering, passing through the narrow passage , there is a row of tables and warm pendant lights inside, which is surprisingly delightful because you can't tell from the exterior at all. The shelf in the shop displays many of their own roasted coffees and various dark chocolates. I ordered a cup of jasmine tea, and the staff was very friendly, bringing it on a beautiful tray with a small hourglass, which was quite interesting. The quality of the tea leaves is also good, with a strong aroma. The atmosphere in the whole shop is very peaceful. I hope to come back and try their various chocolates and coffees. I'm delighted to have accidentally discovered this place today; it's definitely worth...

I tried the Mayan spiced one which was very well balanced. The name caught my eye since I loved the Aztec mochas I had in New Mexico. I donāt normally get mochas because I find them to be too sweet / artificial tasting, but this spot does is the real deal. They melt actual chocolate and make the drinks with a lot of care.
Also the ambiance is super relaxing, with mellow music playing, it feels like a hidden spot to unwind. Every detail from the quality of the espresso / chocolate, to the ambiance, plating, to the kind service is well thought out.
Would definitely...
