This is extremely far from quality Uzbek cuisine and is absolutely not worth the money spent. The portions are quite small, but even on them the chefs of the restaurant manage to save! We ordered pilaf with beef and it was completely bland, greasy and for some reason instead of seasonings, garlic and barberries it was filled with chickpeas. The meat was dry and one couldn't even find it in rice. The vegetarian ganfan was better, but it was a tiny cup of vegetables on a huge mountain of sticky white rice. But the most shameful thing is, of course, the wafer rolls with condensed cream filling. Guys, have a conscience! There was some cream only on the ends of the rolls, and inside they were completely empty and dry. There was some beef in borsh which was unexpected - very good value for your money. С черным хлебушком. :) Только не хватало чесночка вприкуску. Plov was also tasty and had chickpeas in it which reminds me of a desi style pulao. Wish portion was a little bigger for plov but oh well it’s a labour of love at the end of the day.

The Plov is a standout, with perfectly cooked rice, aromatic spices, and tender meat creating a memorable experience. The Lagman options, both classic and fried, are equally impressive with impeccably cooked hand-pulled noodles and flavorful broths. If you're a fan of Uzbek cuisine or simply looking to explore new flavors, Tashkent Uzbek Cuisine Halal is a must-visit. I can confidently say that this restaurant has earned its place as a top choice for those who appreciate authenticity, quality, and a warm atmosphere. Highly...
