I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Paratha 2 Pasta, and a huge reason for that is the absolutely outstanding service from Maanvika. From the second we walked in, she made us feel genuinely welcome, greeting us with such warmth and enthusiasm that it immediately set the tone for a great meal. Throughout the evening, she was nothing short of amazing—attentive, professional, and incredibly friendly. She struck the perfect balance of checking in to make sure we had everything we needed while never making us feel rushed. It’s rare to find someone who is not just good at their job but clearly loves what they do, and that passion showed in every interaction we had with her. She gave us fantastic recommendations, explained the menu with patience, and made sure our food arrived exactly as we wanted it. Even when the restaurant got busy, she never missed a beat—always smiling, always making sure her guests were happy. My friends suggested this restaurant to try. My first time and I won’t lie, the “Paratha and pasta” fusion just didn’t seem that it would work. However, I was willing to give this a try.

All I can say is “holy smokes” what an amazing place and concept.

First of all, ambience was perfect. Understated class and elegance, filled with people, but noise level was medium. Food service and food handling was absolutely amazing worthy of the highest compliments. Shoutout to Misha.

And then there is the food! Shockingly surprised would be an understatement. We started with the papadi chat and loaded fries. What a brilliant combination to do butter chicken fries with a little bit of cheese melted on top. Butter chicken was just the right balance of sweet and the rich Indian butter chicken flavor we have all come to enjoy.

Then the big test. Could you actually do chicken tikka masala with pasta? I have to say it was amazing. Exactly what you would expect from full body flavor chicken tikka masala with soft, tender chicken and farfalle pasta done perfectly.

We also ordered the palak panner with garlic naan. The naan was amazing and while the curry was tasty, it lacked texture and was too saucy.

Desserts were decent.
