I am lost for words. I don’t usually intend to write reviews because I find a lot of them to be biased. However, my experience at Arabica in Whistler was the best ever cafe experience of my life. The approach and detail they put into this location was immaculate. I’ve been to many, many cafes and never in my life did I think I was at Disneyland, well until now. It was more than worth the 2hour drive and there selection of beans were amazing. I was able to try their guatemla in an iced americano and I was amazed by how great the espresso was. I nought their Indonesia beans and I brought them home to try a pour-over and that was the BEST pour-over I’ve ever tried. The equipment they were using was top-tier. I’ve never seen a cafe using an Acai grinder with their own branding logo on it. All their barista equipment were very premium equipment such as the slayer espresso machine but with their own % logo on it, which is unheard of. They were also using Mazzar grinders with their own logo. From an advid coffee equipment lover, Arabica is unmatched with the quality and attention to detail with the way they produce their coffee. Lastly, the service at the Whistler location. James Quan, their manager provided a unforgettable moment in my love for coffee. He was soo attentative and passionate about coffee and he really went around all the customers to make aure everyone of us were being taken care of. When he approached me, he could see that Im an advid coffee drinker so he elevated my experience at the store by going into the deep waters of roasting and the beauty of the many regions Arabica carries. He gave me the most magical experience during my visit by showing me the roasting process and for letting me even take close-up videos so that I can take this memory to recap on. James was such an amazing person and leader for this location. I was genuinely soo impressed by all the baristas and staff at the store. Everyone was smiling and they were all trying their best to give the best latte art experience. Thank you Arabica and Arabica Whistler for allowing me to indulge in this impactful life experience. I will be coming again to buy some merch since it was sold out couple days ago. And I will be coming again to tey more of their amazing origins of beans. Thank you sincerely James and rest of the Arabica...

Arabica in Whistler Village isn’t just a coffee shop—it’s a full sensory experience and an absolute must-visit for anyone in the area. As a longtime fan of % Arabica’s coffee, I had high expectations, and this location did not disappoint.
From the moment you step inside, you’re transported into a sleek, minimalist, and almost futuristic space. The interior is nothing short of stunning—clean white arches made of perforated metal stretch from wall to ceiling, creating a sense of flow and lightness. The huge windows flood the space with natural light, making it feel open, airy, and perfectly integrated with the beautiful mountain surroundings. It’s clear that every design detail was thoughtfully curated, making it a photographer’s dream and a peaceful retreat for coffee lovers.
Of course, the coffee itself is just as impressive as the ambiance. I ordered the Kyoto Latte, which had a subtle, delicate sweetness that complemented the deep, smooth flavor of the coffee. The beans are roasted to perfection—rich but not bitter, aromatic, and wonderfully balanced. Whether you’re a coffee connoisseur or just looking for a reliable and delicious cup, Arabica delivers.
The location in Whistler Village is ideal—perfect for grabbing a coffee before hitting the slopes or taking a moment to relax after exploring the village. The staff were efficient and friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience.
I can’t recommend this place enough. Whether you come for the coffee, the design, or both, you won’t be disappointed. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m...
Read moreI came to visit this store after much anticipation at the end of our camping trip in Whistler over the Labour Day long weekend. However, I was disappointed with the service that I received today. There were many interesting coffee options written on the menu, and my partner and I gravitated towards the description for the Dark Latte. The Dark Latte was described to have a dark, chocolatey taste from the French cocoa, but omitted the slight detail that it comes premixed with sugar or included sweeteners, which was confirmed by the barista today after I overheard from the customer that ordered after me that Dark Latte was in fact, just a decorated name for a Mocha. I used to work as a barista, so I am familiar that Mochas usually are made with a sweetend chocolate premix. My partner is diabetic, and since the menu did not include a clear description about sugar in the ingredient, I asked the barista if it could be changed to a plain iced latte, which was done after I had been charged for it. I do not believe I should have been charged for an additional coffee after a dietary correction was needed to be raised to your associates, and it is disappointing that after an already expensive charge for coffees, I needed to pay an addition to make sure my partner received a product that did not trigger his symptoms. I would expect a global establishment to have provided a simple service of correcting a drink without additional charge and/or an acknowledgement that the menu was unclear and that improvements would be made. I would not be returning to this...
