It’s been years since dinning at this location and all I can say is we probably will never dine at this location again. Waitress didn’t know the menu at all, only the special’s. When asked if ribs could be sauced in honey garlic she didn’t know but we pretty sure they could, thankfully they could. I then asked if the ribs came with sides like the steak (veggies with your choice of side potatoes of sorts), she didn’t know and had to look it on the tablet. After her search she confirmed that yes they did come with sides, which I confirmed my choice of garlic mashed potatoes with the vegetables. Our order came promptly however a small scoop of potatoes was all that laid beside my 1/2 rack of ribs. I asked if their was some kind of mistake and our server then told us that the half rack doesn’t come with veggies only the steak which is written in our menu and that sometimes it is mistaken by customers (In some words). If I had not been told different by our sever I would have ordered some or had changed my order to meet my preferences. My husband’s dinner was great however he did mentioned that this was the first time he had ever ordered fish and not been given a slice of lemon to which made his meal less enjoyable. At the end of our service I believe our server went on break and no one decided to pick up her tables as we had to run down another server to get our bill after our long wait of no one noticing us. As a crabby joes fan I unfortunately had a very poor experience last evening for dinner. We ordered spinach dip to start, then my main was the penne rustica with chicken and my partner ordered chicken Parmesan. Our spinach dip came and it was great as always! When our mains came, the plates seemed warm to touch but both dishes were very cold. Unfortunately our server had not come by to check in if all came out okay and 10 minutes later my partner had to leave the table to get the attention to another employee running the bar. She was very thoughtful and helpful and has asked the kitchen to remake our dishes. She brought back new plates soon after which were a much better temperature. Unfortunately my now remade plate came with a large hair in it free of cost. She checked in shortly after and I let her know but said I would eat my plate. She apologized. Unfortunately I had lost my appetite at this point and we tried to eat what we could. Did I mention at this point still no sign of our original server? He showed up much later to offer us our bills, the price of my pasta removed which I appreciate but no mention of what had happened and he seemed very disconnected. My partners chicken Parmesan was over sauced leading to saugy chicken which he hardly touched. Showed up at 11:15pm. Was moderate busy, but clearing out.

Told the hostess (seater) we only needed 1 menu cuz we were just ordering desserts. She raced a head of us, dropped the menus and kept going.. didnt say anything else

Waitress came over 6min after seated. We ordered 2(different) pops, 2 waters Our desserts, one was no ice cream(due to lactose)

2 pops came, one was wrong. No waters..

All 4 desserts came, "no icecream" HAD ice cream. one dish wasn't even what we ordered.. Thankfully Manager was close, so we got his attention, and things were fixed..

We finish our desserts, waitress comes by asks if we want the bills. Yes.

No tip was given due to lack of competence.

A snarky "okay.... " was given after cash was paid

A tip is for going above and beyond. Doing your job is the bare minimum.. and expecting or trying to guilt a tip out of someone.. isnt the way business should be conducted.
