Of the 3 restaurants we dined in, this one came up short. The red meats (2 steaks) we ordered were tough. The risotto was average, and the wine selection was extremely limited - 1 wine by the glass offered and it was a Syrah (despite the restaurant sitting above a wine store). Prices were also on the higher end, so I think I’m generous with a 3 star. This is a very competitive food town, so this one was less...

The restaurant Cormoran is located close to my hotel: Hotel Australis. It is located within walking distance. The restaurant is frequented by tourist from all over the world. It has a very international feel and look. I enjoyed my food and the service. Their "pisco" selection was sharp...

Great view, great food. They have a restaurant in the second floor to the right, while if you take the left you enter the bar, where you can have tapas, sandwiches and fries to share as well. You can go upstairs to the third floor and have a 360° view. There's also a wine store in the first floor.

We had such a beautiful meal and time at the restaurant. It was hard to make a decision as all the dishes sounded so good. Price value is super good as well and we watched the sunset from our table. In winter you can see Flamingos. Can highly recommend the restaurant.
