Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Santiago

I adore this chain in general, and have been to this particular location many times. I am always SO impressed! That's why today's visit was so shocking. On slower days they have 1 person handing out the food. They bring condiments, take your trays, etc. It's a great system, especially on less busy days. But today the young lady was distracted by a male in a little alcove. She was sitting with or standing next to him every possible minute she could. Each time an order came up the kitchen had to yell for her. She didn't ask clients if they wanted anything and rolled her eyes at me when I asked for ketchup...which is in her apron pocket. I thought it was her boyfriend but when I said something to the cashier she said he works there as well??? I am sure the owner doesn't want people congregating like this in the dining room! This place has loosen its appeal. I was told to sit and wait for my meal which came only after I showed up once again at the counter to enquire the long wait. They appear to have no customer experience visibility. When we go to Carl's Jr to purchase a hamburger is because our availability to wait is limited. I am in no doubt that they will fall out if not already from customer preference. Not exactly for the same reason I am complaining but other...

El restaurante es bastante acogedor, aunque algo caro. Aun así, merece la pena pagar más por el ambiente y el servicio de refill de bebidas, que es un gran plus. Las hamburguesas están bien preparadas y las papas tienen la sal justa, ninguna estaba quemada. Además, ofrecen servicio a la mesa, lo cual es de agradecer. Lo único incómodo es que, cuando estás por terminar o te queda poca comida, se acercan a retirar las cosas de tu mesa, lo que puede resultar molesto. Sería preferible que esperaran a que uno terminara o al menos preguntaran si deseas que retiren algo. Así mejorarían la atención al cliente y evitarían quejas. En cuanto a la limpieza, tanto de mesas como de pisos, es buena y el personal es muy amable. Un punto negativo es que el local no cuenta con baño propio, por lo que hay que usar el del centro comercial, donde exigen la boleta de consumo para entrar o, de lo contrario, cobran. No sé si otros locales lo ofrecen, pero aquí hay una barra para comer solo, equipada con enchufes y puertos USB para cargar dispositivos móviles, lo cual me parece excelente y...
