Read moreToday May 1,2024 we decided to try this restaurant because we learned that it has a new owner and we had a really nice surprise. We were immediately greeted with a smile and seated quickly at a table of our like. We ordered appetizer and several a dishes and we were all very satisfied with the flavors and presentation. The timing of our food was perfect and the owner Claudia came to our table to make sure that everything was good. What a nice change from the previous owners. This was the worst tourist trap I’ve ever been to. They first tried to push Voss water, then when we declined, it took them ages to bring any water at all. They brought bread before, which was stale, at best. Then the food came, an hour later: Chilean abalone from a can, warmed up, a ceviche and prawn salad with days old prawns. We got up and left, asked for the bill. They did not try to ask what was wrong, only got annoyed that I didn’t want to leave a tip, even after noticing how obviously annoyed we were.
