I went there on April 27th around 9 PM. I tried to speak English with the male staff managing the queue since I can’t speak Chinese. He looked annoyed and didn’t make much effort to communicate with me. Fortunately, another male staff stepped in — he was very kind and professional, and I truly appreciated his help.

When my queue was called, the first staff member told me to wait (in Chinese, which I didn’t understand), but didn’t explain why I needed to wait. He just turned away and ignored me completely. Only when someone who seemed like a manager came over did he use a translation app to talk to me — but his attitude still felt unfriendly.
