North — Restaurant in Cotai Landfill Zone

Excellent place away from noisy casino. Why? This restaurant not only has good quality food, reasonable price, spacious, beautiful environment, the staffs are outstanding 6 stars!! For three days we have to come back two times. At first, we had a small table, but three separate staffs came back offering better seating, You asked something to answer completely, and more than you expect. Our battery were low, they offer to give us mobile battery charge for free with a deposit, or charge in the office. We accidentally lost some personal items, gracefully remembered and asked other staff to go all the way, lost and found and return it. We ordered a Dan Dan noodle waitress offered to separate the portion for us to share brought back 2 beautiful noodle plates were delicious. We were discussing somewhere to go, they heard us, and came back with suggestions. All the staffs we experienced the same level, so it’s not our luck with one staff. The assistant manager came to greet us, later, the manager came to greet us. They asked for our surname, and greet us again when we leave with our name! We are just ordinary, customer.

They have a good management similar to Ritz Carlton hotel. 6 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️...

It’s my 2nd time to the restaurant. The 1st for my partner.

Guess they are more popular with the chinese crowd. The atmosphere and ambient is fantastic, being located at Venetian, the crowd are mostly from the neighbouring country. No Doubt they are kind of loud during any conversation among themself or on the phone. Luckily the host managed to move us yo a quieter spot. Do remember the dishes tend to come in very huge plates, serving board or big bowls. If you intend to order more than 3 dishes, avoid bar table or table for 2. One service which they lack are little basket for the ladies bags or shopping items, you may end up putting on the floor or hanging them behind your chair or if you have space on an empty chairs.

We ordered the Slow Boiled Sliced Fish in Spicy Broth, Braised Beef Ribs, Fried Cabbage. Not on the menu, instead of full bowl of their famous La Mian (hand pulled noodle) I got only the plain noodle to go with our dishes.

The fish and beef were alright, tasty. These two particular dishes which we had in FWJ, (another restaurant in Starworld) Which I find it more refine and tastier.

North restaurant at The Venetian serves really amazing hand pulled noodles. There is a bar seating at the center of the restaurant where you can even watch the chefs roll, toss and pull flour to make the noodles.

I ordered the Northern Noodles Bar from the menu (it's an oddly named dish - but it is a more of pick and mix), choosing la mian for noodles, pork broth, and braised pork as my choices.

The portion is overly large and could feed 2 pax. La mian had a lovely chewy texture. The pork broth is a highlight for me for its silky texture and light savoury taste. The braised pork was well marinated.

I would definitely come for their noodles again, next time sharing a bowl instead of having one to myself. This is so I can try their other dishes which looked amazing - fried brinjal and pan...
