The Cheesecake Factory — Restaurant in Cotai Landfill Zone

This is a place I’ve wanted to try since forever! The time i went, i just ordered their cheesecakes. I got the classic strawberry one and the flourless godiva chocolate cheesecake. The slices were quite large and my husband and i could not finish them in one sitting so we had the leftovers packed. The strawberry one was really creamy and classic, went really well with the fresh strawberries and whipped cream. The chocolate one was gluten free and was rich and delectable, had a great chocolatey flavour which went well with the whipped cream as well. Both slices were great, albeit very very sweet!

The next time i went with my family and ordered lunch. We got the Thai lettuce wrap platter and it was delicious! The ingredients were fresh and the sauces for the wrap were full of flavour.

My sister and i got the pastas, i ordered the four cheese penne. It was so yummy and had a delicious red sauce which complimented the various cheeses really well. I thoroughly enjoyed it. My sister got the alfredo and though it was creamy and delicious, it could have had more flavour in it.

Food is amazing. Blown away as I had no expectations and didn't realise it was a very well-known brand in SF.

Flavours well well balanced, strong without being over.

The cheesecakes were good, felt really light (but I am sure all the sugar and fat still exist). Blueberry cheesecake was great. Key lime cheesecake was good but a tad too sour.

Luau Salad was super tasty. If you enjoy the lunar new year dish "yu sheng" you have to order this dish. Comes with chicken. Dressing was delicious with flavours of balsamic vinegar yet was balanced with something sweet, maybe honey? Not sure. But a great dish to order. MOP 228

The portions are huge. So be careful not to over order.

We were a little disappointed that the server taking our order didn't highlight that the Hot Spinah and Cheese Dip (MOP148) dish came with nacho chips and also ordered Factory Nachos (MOP168). While these tasted great, there were too much nachos on the table.

Service is alright but don't expect more.

We ordered a warm starter to share and two burgers. After receiving the starter to Share we had about 30 seconds to eat it, as we were directly served the main. Therefore, we could not finish the starter (worth 25$) and had to let it get cold. Service stood in our backs without reacting.
