This stall is a popular stall selling beef offal in this Bowrington food center at Wan Chai. Ordered one and tried. You can choose your preferred noodles type, i chose vermicelli. Their beef offal are fresh and well cleaned. Texture and taste are great. Soup is tasty and goes well with the vermicelli. Can add abit chilli oil if you like. If you are not going for beef offals, you can go for the 3 combo, just mixed and match the ingredients available that you like. Friendly stall owner. Reasonable pricing. Highly recommended. *Please note, try to go before lunch time. Long queue during lunch hours.

Excuse me, I don’t expect too-notched table service in this kind of local restaurant but at least please, have a menu! This place never has an actual menu on the table and diners have to walk to the other side of the restaurant where they post the breakfast menu on the wall! The noodle was awfully salty and the beef tasted unpleasantly funny! In fact, the beef was overly tenderized and devoid of any meaty flavor! Just gross!!!
