I was trying to book my birthday here and called a day before to confirm the number of guests (after booking 10 days before). The person who answered the phone answered in Chinese and I asked if she could speak English and she said "No" and then there was this long silence. I wasn't even sure if this was even Neway because she didn't say anything when she answered the phone. I asked if she could transfer me to someone who can speak English. I waited awhile and she came back and said "NO!" and "call back later." I asked what time and she said "call back later" and I asked again "WHAT TIME" and then she finally said "ONE HOUR."

Anyways, I finally got through to someone who confirmed that we would pay $209 per person at 7pm and sing for 2 hours (what I was quoted 10 days before). I confirmed with all my friends and things were all good until I get a call in the evening from someone shouting that I need to pay $249 for no apparent reason, something about "summer hours" and then later something about "somebody look at the wrong time" (which doesn't make sense since I confirmed twice with different people).

I politely told her that I was quoted a price when I booked, and even took the initiate to call and confirm that price this morning but she just kept shouting "$249!!!" and putting me on hold for various lengths of time only to return and keep repeating "$249!!!!!!!!" and started giving a number for a random hotline....??

I asked to speak the manager and she said NO HE WON'T GIVE YOU A DIFFERENT PRICE and then another girl told me that he'd call me back in an hour. I waited and no call.

We later went to Mr. Red where we can sing for double the time and get unlimited drinks for only $100 more. Neway is horrible and talking to them is like talking to a brick wall as they don't listen to you and just shout over you and raise prices randomly right before you show up.

Lunch K, they offer an executive lunch K, you pay the same price for local cafe around this area. What would you ask for with such a low price, food and drink for sure are nothing you would expect much but to fill up your stomach. If you work nearby but couldnt figure out where to have lunch, here maybe a good private spacs to stay on your own or with your collegues, scream for an hour before heading back to office. It can express your anger or frustration you have at work.

They have only a few options for lunch if you choose to go with the executive set lunch, I got the salad with fried chicken but I didn't actually have time to enjoy it.

The drink didnt come and we had to call them couple of time to remind them that we havent got the drink, and ended up the drinks were not what we ordered, yes we have to wait for another 30mins.

Im not sure if all rooms are the same, the room I went was a small one but included a restroom inside.

The microphones keep running out of batteries, we had to request for getting new ones.

I enjoyed singing karaoke with my friend at neway ceo Wan Chai. This is our second time visiting this location. We go sing karaoke during Wednesday at 1pm. They got half price for singing karaoke during Wednesday and Sunday this year's April May and June. It's cheaper than other times of the day and the week.

For 80 HKD one person, you get two free non-alcoholic drink included in this plan.

You can also order additional snacks and drinks by paying more. We order the afternoon deal food for 35 HKD which is fine as you can not expect the food will taste that good in a karaoke place.

You room comes with a personal bathroom, weird but useful. By the way, the lunch time price only allows you to singing for 2 and a half hours.

Our total price for each person comes out to be 125 after 10% service charge.
