Bubbles & Wines Stanley — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

Read good things about Bubbles and Wines and decided to make a journey all the way to Stanley for a birthday celebration. Had such high expectations to this place because it's called BUBBLES and WINES. Everything was beyond our expectations.

The pictures posted here do not do this place enough justice. The food, the music, the service, the ambience, the wines for sure and the people with great personal touch made our birthday celebration so special. Great services are not so common these days but Nichola was taking care of us the whole night and amazed us with how attentive and friendly she is. Evan and Ocean were the ones who helped us make decisions on our wines. The 4 bottles we had were absolutely beautiful. Always have a wonderful time at Bubbles and Wines. Evan, the founder, consistently provides warm hospitality. It is truly a hidden gem, perfect for a date night as well as casual dining on the weekends. Time flies so fast here, we usually spent at least 3 hours here just to enjoy wine and cheeses.

They update the menu from time to time, we love their excellent selection of cheeses, steak tartare, and Iberian meatballs.

Moreover, if you enjoy drinking wine but aren’t sure what to choose, Evan always makes great suggestions.

We found this wine-bar with great selections of cold cuts and amazing imported cheese selection recently in Stanley. Its situated a bit hidden from the main boulevard even though its on Main street, its still in a more quiet side street. The independent owner is visiting you to his livingroom as we could sit on a nice leather sofa to have our drinks and food. If you are a cheese lover you are in the right place as the owner told us everything about the choices, I think he had over 25 choices on a chariot. We chose 4 cheeses and the cold cuts with burrata.
