I came here excited to try their signature Chiu Chow chilled crab — but it felt like I got scammed.
The crab wasn’t cold, the shell looked dull, and the meat was mushy and fishy instead of fresh and sweet. This is not how chilled crab should taste. The worst part? Other tables had crabs that looked way fresher. Same dish, completely different quality.

ChaoZhou style shark fin is perfect and the soup/sauce is so creamy and full of chicken flavour. The fried shrimp ball and tofu are in good quality. The remarkable one is Marinated goose slides and wings which is fantastic.
It is worth to try, but need to note that not all the dishes in the menu are worth it.
