I shall start with the fact that I cannot believe this restaurant is rated 3.8*

You are absolutely missing out on some of the tastiest Char Siu you can find on the Island without too much of a waiting time and not having to deal with the 'Hong Kong' Customer Services most busy places like this come with.

Their sprint onion 'geung yuk' is super hearty, nice little chunks and pairs so well with the rice. You only need to tell them once you want extra and you really get that. At $65 for two meat options, my go to is always Char Siu + Soy Chicken because I do not like too much pork in my meal.

WOW WAS I SURPRISED! Super Char on the Char Siu, smokey and sweet flavor going so well with their table chili oil and spring onion ginger mix.

This is also one of the only siu mei restaurants I have been to that serves soy sauce for the rice as most restaurants serve up the meat on plain rice only.

Soy Chicken pieces nice and meaty, not just skin and bones like most places.

I also went there almost at closing and did not experience any drop in quality. Lovely stuff.

Ice Lemon Tea on point and overall one of the best I have had in HK.

A must try! Make sure to point at the extra char to tell them you want more of it or reference my photo to make...

My experience dining at this restaurant was quite disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the staff's attitude was noticeably poor. They seemed indifferent to the customers' needs and, at times, even displayed a dismissive demeanor. This lack of attentiveness created an unwelcoming atmosphere that overshadowed the otherwise pleasant environment of the restaurant.

While the setting was nice and the menu offered a variety of appealing dishes, the service left much to be desired. The wait time for our food was excessively long, and despite several inquiries about our order, the staff did not provide any updates or apologies for the delay. It was frustrating to watch other tables receive their meals while we continued to wait.

Overall, the combination of unfriendly service and slow food delivery made for a very unsatisfactory dining experience. Unfortunately, this has left me with no desire to return to this restaurant...

Recommended here by others and I really find their roast meats better, albeit being abit more salty. Had the Suckling Pig Combo with Rice and chose BBQ Pork and Roasted Meat for my 2 options (among the 9 choices). Heard that their suckling pig is made themselves not taken from vendor. True enough the skin was so super crispy and meat was flavourful! It was so delicious I ordered an extra combo for takeout (paid abit lesser since i cant take drinks out).

Lady staff was nice and to the extent of being friendly despite me unable to speak any Cantonese. She told me my combo comes with a free drink when I initially wanted to skip drinks. She even suggested that I take Lemon Water since i told her I feel abit full. Felt welcomed unlike other shops I went in past trip here.

Menu (4 pieces of it) has both Chinese and English words, so quite helpful for non Cantonese and Chinese...
