Basically this is 2 restaurants, 1 is Forbidden Duck and the other one is Qi, House of Sichuan.
Price you cannot say much, it is in Quarry Bay, so it is priced higher than normal, although I expect the food should be good but unfortunately it is normal and some of them are below average.
The duck is dry and not crispy, BBQ pork is the only one shine which is tender and juicy. Spicy fish not much fish there, spicy chicken has more bone and meat. Taste is just normal and I believe people can cook better at home with the LKK source.
Ginger beef is ok, the dumplings are just being boiled and put on top of the sources. What is this? The seafood vegetable pot is so-so and the dam dam noodle is so expensive to a point that I wonder what did I ordered and get myself into?
Fry-rice is normal.
Food is so-so, price is high and all is acceptable.
But the worse is services, waiter and waitress are arrogant, their head is always looking at the ceilings and no where they can be found when services are needed.
Sorry, this is the main reason people are taking their business to Shenzhen.
Why people want to spend money...

When we asked can you please packed the food for us, he replied "this service is not included". We're shocked by his answer and he finally had the manager coming to us as we want to know how to get this service included. This manager is another joke. 1st, he's obviously drinking may be even drunk! His face was red and i could smell alcohol when he's standing beside me. He explained the server was new and their service was being 'flexible' as their customers like DIY. He even asked us to leave his staff off the hook as if we're trouble maker just by asking his staff to pack the food for us!! Note that we're spending $400+ per person(5 of us) and service fee. 2 words say...
Read moreHad Saturday lunch there, only 3 tables, staffs were cold and unenthusiastic, interior was dark and soulless. Food was mediocre, when we asked for extra cucumber & spring onion for the Peking Duck, the female staff answered that they’ll cost extra with a stone face. The problem is that you have no business on Saturday lunch time in causeway bay and your portion was tiny - less than 10 toothpick sized thin cucumber & spring onion slices were obviously not enough to be shared by 3 adults, so we ended up eating most of the duck on its own without cucumber and spring onion. Don’t think this restaurant will last long and won’t be...
