DISAPPOINTED… on all levels. 👎🏻 Food: prime dishes such as carving board of Wagyu beef was bad. The beef was extremely tough and overcooked. The Peking Duck was ok but the chef who sliced the duck was extremely slow.. long lines waiting just for two small pieces. Other food items were cold and mediocre at best. Nothing special.. ingredients quality was poor. Service: although the wait staff was friendly and prompt removing dishes from each table, we were assigned a table parked against the window and squeezed in by another 6 person table. Difficult to get in and out without squeezing through tight chairs. When we asked to be reassigned to another table but no one was willing to help and managers were saying only that it was a full that day! Atmosphere: terribly crowded with long wait lines for each popular item. Not well organized and it was chaotic.. like animals chasing after scraps.

We went on a Saturday to what is one of the best buffets we've been to for a long time. Evidently, this is a hugely popular destination for food-lovers too because every seat was taken. Here you will find the standard stations found at buffets but the difference here is all the food is fresh, delicious and there's something for multiple palates. The fresh oysters were outstanding; there was always a queue and each person was limited to two each. And for good reason. From the meat station, the beef was succulent and tender, and the chicken curry was just right. The salad bar had a lot of variety. Standout: oysters, curry chicken, ice cream We found the sashimi to be bland and tasted fresh from the freezer. Will definitely go again.

Went for dinner in April - had the pan-fried bean curd in black truffle sauce and I’m not joking when I say I haven’t been able to stop thinking about the dish since. I’ve tried to recreate it and find it in London to no avail. It doesn’t compare. Can’t wait to try it again. Staff were lovely and attentive. Thoroughly recommend. Great view as well.
