The food was nice but experience overall was poor. The 2 plates of pasta were served quite early on but the vegetarian all day breakfast was served almost 30 minutes later. The waitress had said several times that they were still “preparing” the waffle for the vegetarian all day breakfast but the meal itself did not consist of any waffles. So the all day breakfast simply consisted of a salad, slice of melon, heated baked beans, warm mushrooms and a hash brown (which was served separately 5 minutes for no reason after the main plate was served). Weekend layback day at Layback cafe & bar. I had lunch with my bestie at this cafe on a Saturday and it was a wonderful lunch. The cafe got a retro 80s theme and they display all famous music tracks in the cafe. It reminds me of some good music that I love in the past and I love it! When I was thinking that this cafe probably only sell its interior designs, I found their food are pretty amazing too! I ordered wagyu beef cubes, lobster linguine and fish fillet and they all taste sooooo good! My bestie was also amazed by her mango sticky rice drink and she said it taste exactly like mango sticky rice lol. Overall we love this cafe and would definitely come back...
