You should come for their new dish if you're a Thai food addict!🤪 . ▪Volcanic Ribs▪[HK$178] Simply a jaw dropping dish for its large portion size!😱 This authentic dish was AKA the Leng Saap in Thailand, it's basically a meat volcano that piled up with a bunch of pork ribs.🍖 There wasn't a whole lot of meat on these ribs, but the meat was still freakin' tasty with the seasoning like coriander, lime leaf, garlic and lemon juice! Tangy and spicy dish for heavy taste lover!🤩 . ▪Fried Rice w/ Crab Meat▪[HK$88] I have no idea why this isn't the signature dish already!🙈 The fried rice itself was perfectly cooked with zero greasiness, such a savory dish when it was mixed with crab meat!🦀🤤 . ▪Hainan Chicken in Thai Style (Half)▪[HK$128] The tender meat and the gelatinous skin were quite outstanding to be honest.👌🏻 But it was an interesting flavor when they used coriander and other spicy seasonings to turn it into a Thai style dish.😛 . ▪Deep Fried Shrimp Cake▪[HK$78] Couldn't really go wrong when it comes to deep fried dishes.❤ It was no doubt to be scrumptious snack with a crispy exterior and springy shrimp cake fillings!😋 . ▪Fried Cabbage Shoots in Thai Style▪[HK$88] Fresh veggies stir-fried with chilli and peanuts, it was spicy and addicting lol.😂 It was a wise order to balance out the overall greasiness of the meal.🥦 . ▪Shredded Chicken Salad▪[HK$78] The shredded chicken was pretty tender, and it was full of ingredients like celery, red onion and carrots.😮 Gotta love the spicy and sour seasoning in this refreshing salad!🥗 . ▪Mango Sticky Rice▪[HK$78] A traditional Thai dessert made with sticky glutinous rice, fresh cut mango and sweet coconut milk. 🌋 Volcano Ribs/火山排骨 HK$198 ⤴️ This gigantic dish surely has the "wow" factor that could take over the spotlight 😳 Basically there were 3 pork ribs🍖 piled up to form a dramatic volcano-alike, loaded with herbs such as cilantro, green chili, garlic & lime, totally bomb with the sour and spicy green sauce🤤. Meat was tender and juicy, they'd provided plastic gloves for us to tear off meat from the bones. Beware of the giant portion that could at least fill up 3 ppl, a must-try👍

🐔 Grilled Chicken on Fire/火焰燒雞 HK$198 ⤴️ The igniting🔥 moment of the grilled chicken staged the whole dish and made us hold our breath to 🤳💥 This was the absolute juiciest, tastiest chicken with the thinnest cripest skin 🤤

🥗 Grapefruit Salad with Prawn/柚子鮮蝦沙律 HK$88 ⤴️ A typical refreshing Thai salad with 5 key flavors: sweet, tart, bitter, salty and spicy. 🍊 Grapefruit was fresh & juicy, with 3 regular-size prawns🦐 added the savory. I like there were cashews & coconut flakes 🥥 which blended the whole taste so well

🐟 Grilled Whole Tilapia Fish/鹽燒鰂魚 HK$138 ⤴️ Lean and white flesh was fresh with neutral flavor without any fishy taste

🥬 Stir-fried Vegetables with Belacan/馬拉盞炒雜菜 HK$78 ⤴️ Crunchy veggie with lots of umami notes highlighted by a spicy touch

🥭 Mango Sticky Rice/杧果糯米飯 HK$78 ⤴️ No matter how stuffed I was after all these delicacies, I always have room for this authentic dessert which is my all time favorites. The dessert was exceptionally good, mangoes were sweet & juicy, glutinous rice was super soft and chewy, full of fragrant sweetness from coconut cream and a dash of saltiness to bring out the taste of everything🤤. Don't miss this treat❣

i was there on monday night. walked in, didn’t have to wait. ordered morning glory, signature 3 curry bowl, and barbecued pork neck.

morning glory: you can taste the water, they probably pre cooked it with boiled water then added the sauce on top afterward in order to pass it out to customers in a short period of time. It was the first dish arrived after we placed the order couple minutes beforehand.

barbecued pork neck: maybe over marinated with baking powder or meat tenderiser powder? it lost the basic texture. when you take a bite, it just a bunch of soft meat in your mouth.

signature 3 curries bowl: the curries were fine, but the seafood was not fresh at all. it tasted like pre cooked seafood you bought from the supermarket.

i wouldn’t complain if the price is low, but it definitely leans toward the higher price range. plus although they charge you service fee, there were no service, not even a...
