I was there around 2:15pm or just after lunch hour, to kill a bit of time, waiting for a later meeting at 2:45pm. I saw the place was very busy, especially the traditional MacDonald's food section. I couldn't be bothered to wait at the same queue, because the server was already too stressed with the front customer, so I moved to the less crowded section of McCafe, where I could be the next customer in an instant. [Note: In a situation like this you should decide how much stress you want to cope with. Like myself you can shy away and be happy with much less.] I then just ordered a cappuccino at the McCafe and sat down. Seats were hard to find at this hour but I was lucky. If you are greatly bothered by this over-crowding, check the graph above to find a less crowded time to visit. I myself feel more anonymous with more people so therefore more peaceful! The law of averages say on the rare occasions such "systems" can still fail but most times, you can still feel good, as long as you know how to negotiate stressful situations. Thank you for reading. As far as being an actual McDonald's though and serving genuine McDonald's burger paste, yeah, this place does a stellar job on that front.
And yes I'm going to keep eating there because I didn't like the passive aggressive tone my doctor took at my last physical and destroying myself physically is the only outlet I have for exerting agency...

The staff especially the manager was really not polite to the customers. Telling people to take their food and go! When we were trying to explain that the order was wrong, the staff member just ignored and turned away.
The only redemption was that the fries were good.
This was the most disappointing McDonald’s meal...
