this is a family favourite as we decided to celebrate my birthday here. this time we were sat in nicholinis. chef Riccardo and executive chef Claudio are always on hand to make sure all guests are completely satisfied. Nolan Cheung the senior assistant manager too amazing care of us and waited on us personally,.
this time the highlight for me was the finely sliced tenderloin salad. . it completely blew me away.
my wife and I also loved the giant king prawns cooked in lobster bisque. bravo.
the pasta station is sensational and my daughter loved the fresh pasta on offer.
my other daughter couldn't get enough of the suckling pig, Peking duck and dim sum stations. all live stations with chefs on hand.
my son loved the specialty cheese room and kept retuning for a variety of cheese and different sliced meats.
we keep coming back because the variety is fantastic. and our kids love everything on offer for them. the restaurant is spacious and the service over the top in a luxurious and fun way.
we will return again soon - I personally will be there the day after tomorrow for lunch...

Bad service & average food for the price tag…grissini at grand Hyatt is much better -we asked to pay in Amex plat to get the discount, waiter didn’t tell us/ask for physical card and invalidated the discount straight away when we paid with ApplePay Amex Plat card. The food itself was disappointing - a few examples: The seafood did not taste very fresh, the raw tuna had a strange taste. The pasta of the day was too salty, for one of the "Top Italian" restaurants we would also expect that the pasta should be handmade. For the lamb rack, we asked for mint sauce and was served mint jelly. The dessert was not palatable We also noticed a hair in the cheese wheel
The mashed potato tasted and looked like it was made from powdered mash rather than freshly made.
