Went here the other week with my co-workers, ordered a set lunch, the Sichuan tea-smoked duck were scrumptious, super juicy and tender. It was a winner. Price was a good deal and affordable. So returned today for a 2nd visit and ordered a couple of dim-sum, most of them were ok, nothing spectacular. Pearl Chicken rice dim sum was the most disappointing, hardly any fillings inside, just a couple of small dried shrimps with few strands of chicken meat. Did the chicken do a runner? 必食燻香樟茶鴨

今晚與朋友來到南洋中心地庫這間中式酒樓享用晚餐。餐前侍應奉上醃蘿蔔，入口酸甜又爽脆，好開胃的一道小食。

📌燻香樟茶鴨半隻 $198 樟茶鴨的製作繁複，並不是每間餐廳都有提供，當然要試一試。第一次品嚐樟茶鴨，鴨肉呈深紅色，茶香撲鼻，外酥內嫩，入口時有淡淡的煙熏香氣，卻沒蓋過鴨肉本身的味道，非常吸引，馳名菜式，實至名歸。

📌菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉 $148 這道拔絲咕嚕肉的醬汁酸酸甜甜，令人胃口大開，夾起一件咕嚕肉，拉絲竟達10公分長，立馬打卡。入口酥脆香口，皮薄而肉質爽彈，咬落去啖啖肉，絕對令人驚艷! 再加上新鮮清甜的菠蘿，配上蕎頭、三色椒及紫洋蔥，成功中和咕嚕肉的油膩感，令人食唔停口。

📌尚苑小炒皇 $128 這道尚苑小炒皇不僅充滿鑊氣，亦非常之足料，除了常見的蝦乾和銀魚仔，還加入了鮮蝦和BB帶子，將這道經典菜式昇華，令人喜出望外。再加上腰果、燈籠椒、韭菜花及魷魚，鹹香惹味，絕對是佐酒之選。

📌金銀蒜粉絲蒸活大元貝 $108 以蒸的方式烹調，能充分嚐到元貝的鮮味。元貝肉及裙邊已拆離殼，方便食用，抵讚! 元貝洗得乾淨無沙，入口鮮甜美味，完全不過火，粉絲吸滿了豉油醬汁和元貝汁，加上金銀蒜及香蔥，非常惹味!

餐廳環境明亮寬敞，舒適宜人。侍應的服務細心周到，經常為我們更換盛骨頭的碟子，茶涼了又會主動幫我們換茶，並詢問菜式是否合口味。用餐後還送上紅豆沙作甜品，為這頓豐富的晚餐畫上完美句號。
