Went here the other week with my co-workers, ordered a set lunch, the Sichuan tea-smoked duck were scrumptious, super juicy and tender. It was a winner. Price was a good deal and affordable. 📌燻香樟茶鴨半隻 $198 樟茶鴨的製作繁複,並不是每間餐廳都有提供,當然要試一試。第一次品嚐樟茶鴨,鴨肉呈深紅色,茶香撲鼻,外酥內嫩,入口時有淡淡的煙熏香氣,卻沒蓋過鴨肉本身的味道,非常吸引,馳名菜式,實至名歸。
📌菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉 $148 這道拔絲咕嚕肉的醬汁酸酸甜甜,令人胃口大開,夾起一件咕嚕肉,拉絲竟達10公分長,立馬打卡。入口酥脆香口,皮薄而肉質爽彈,咬落去啖啖肉,絕對令人驚艷! 再加上新鮮清甜的菠蘿,配上蕎頭、三色椒及紫洋蔥,成功中和咕嚕肉的油膩感,令人食唔停口。

📌金銀蒜粉絲蒸活大元貝 $108 以蒸的方式烹調,能充分嚐到元貝的鮮味。元貝肉及裙邊已拆離殼,方便食用,抵讚! 元貝洗得乾淨無沙,入口鮮甜美味,完全不過火,粉絲吸滿了豉油醬汁和元貝汁,加上金銀蒜及香蔥,非常惹味!
餐廳環境明亮寬敞,舒適宜人。侍應的服務細心周到,經常為我們更換盛骨頭的碟子,茶涼了又會主動幫我們換茶,並詢問菜式是否合口味。用餐後還送上紅豆沙作甜品,為這頓豐富的晚餐畫上完美句號。
