was OK. The food and price are reasonably good, but I would hesitate to recommend to others. I arrived at front desk and shared my reservation detail, and before moving to the table the server asked me what menu I preferred, Express or Basic lunch sets. Suprised I quickly scanned the menu, and the server got impatient rushing me saying they're essentially the same and Express just means there are no refills. I noted that Basic option has more options, and the server waved off my comment. Also the Basic set unlimited refills is capped to 60min. I chose the Basic for more tasting. Sitting at the table I was given the QR code to order, and reminded of the 60min had started. Looking around the table there's a promotion saying we can add oysters with each main dish, triggering my memory about the free flow oyster option i saw online. Asking about this, the server explained the free flow option is an add on to the Deluxe and Premium set meals only. So we changed to Premium Set, and lady brought us a new QR code, but the end time remained the same, we had 50 min left. Disappointed that I wasn't offer the options of Premium and Deluxe sets before the QR code or timer was set. This time pressure is killing the experience, and I add there's less than 30% full for a Saturday lunchtime. Fully aware of the time constraints, I planed to order the soup, salad, and appetisers in one go. But then learned our table had a max of 5 menu options for 1st round ordering between 2 adults. Then trying to order the next round again, we needed to wait 15 min, and allowed to add a max of 2 menu items each round. This was hugely disappointing, and barely could enjoy meal, instead was trying to recall what time would be acceptable to order next round. The oysters were not a menu option, so had to get a server to put down for us each round, being served 2 oyster (1 each). We fit in 4 rounds in the hour, so hardly could say unlimited. At the end, we had not finished our main dish, the server states last call, and attempts to flatter us saying time is up, but can help us add dessert herself. SMH and could've reminded us before times up so can add ourselves. Last is we had ordered glasses of white wine to go with the oysters, and kitchen forgot the order. I had recieved my main dish, so then reminded server of the wine order but wad already overlate. I feel the time limits and wait to order next round can be relaxed, something like 90 min ordering time (as said under QR code), and 10 min with 2 dishes per person is reasonable. A rushed meal on a weekend lunch is a big turnoff, more like a workday thing. Nice view out to the ocean from our...

There’s no 0/5 stars unfortunately. Or else I would definitely give them that.
My hubbie and I came for dinner for the first time, we were so looking forward to try this ‘unbeatable Michelin-quality dining experience’ per their advertisement. We selected the Prime menu, which is the most expensive on the list, with high hopes.
At the reception, we were told to order 1 main at a time, 120 mins unlimited feast while 90mins will be the last order.
The main that we ordered as soon as we sat down took 30 mins + to come despite we followed up for several times. If we are only allowed to order for 90mins, we can only order 3 rounds, that’s unlimited feast? The table sat next to us got their appetisers (chicken wing) arrived earlier than us, while they arrived later than us….. for appetiser, we are only allowed to order 3 or 4 items each time, and we need to wait for 15mins to place the next order. Our first order of appetisers only came after our second appetisers and first main arrived, which was 30+ mins after we ordered, how ridiculous it is…. Poor service with cocky attitude- despite we have followed up a few times, none of them came back any response. We asked them how long will it take for our main to arrive, the only answer we got: they are coming. Ignored and dismissed our request. One of them was cocky that she challenged us, asking if we know we can order 1 main at a time, while we got nothing on our table. She asked us what we ordered and she will have to take time to check, but shouldn’t she be able to check the system of our order and how long ago it was we placed the order and actually help us to follow up? She expected us to tell her step by step while it costs us $700+ each. It was her attitude that was also an issue. Extremely unhelpful. Unwilling to help. Poor service at best.
We never had to leave in the middle of a dinner. No one from the restaurant came up to check on us regarding this horrific experience. It was as if it was our fault that food came ridiculously late paired with poor service.
If we are paying for this price for a proper restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui, we expect professional customer service. Cha Chaan Tengs might even be better while cost 10times less!
I honestly don’t understand how they can hire and train this kind of servers. Kitchen is busy everybody understands, but the service attitude is by far the worst I ever experienced. I can now understand and agree why people rather go to mainland for food and entertainment.
Thank you for this memorable birthday...

We ordered the "Deluxe unlimited feast (120 minutes) - Basic option" and paid HK$498 plus 10% service charge per person but got substandard food.
The seafood chowder had no seafood. The Russian soup felt like a bowl of bolognese sauce. The one-bone fried chicken wings were of McDonald quality. The French fries were soggy. The parma ham was too salty and did not come with melon.
The cold cut platter came with three different pieces of ham but was acceptable. The cooked shrimp was fine, but it came with lemon and no cocktail sauce.
The tuna salad was fine but a bit too much mayonnaise. The mango shrimp salad was the best thing I've had for the night. The tomato salad was horrible. It was extremely sour.
The Chef Paulo's signature wagyu beef burger steak was completely tasteless and dry, and we had to dip it in ketchup to finish it. The fish of the day had a weird texture and taste, but was safe to consume. The Iberico pork rack was the only acceptable main dish. The worst thing was that they all came with mashed potatoes and diced mushrooms.
The gelato portions were small but tasted fine. They were more like sorbet than gelato.
In general the food was of poor quality, many of the food seemed that there was no seasoning and cooked with no thought. I think this restaurant needs to get on Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen show.
We also disliked the fact that there were so many rules: you could only order one main per person each time, you have to finish your main before ordering another one, even though it tasted disgusting.
With respect to the other items, you can only order four dishes at a time (irrespective of your table size), and you can only make another order after 10 minutes. It's a ridiculous rule, if you have a table of three and each of you wants a drink or gelato, you have to order it using the QR code three separate times over the span of 30 minutes. If we didn't finish any food because it was bad we would be charged a penalty for every 100g of food we "wasted".
It was such an unpleasant dinner that the harbour view simply...
