This noodle congee restaurant had a good rating when I did a search for congee, this restaurant was on the same street as Mak's noodles and congee restaurant only just couple shops away from each other. I went this afternoon to take away a bowl of century egg shredded chicken congee. It was stated 44hkd on the menu. However, the young waiter quoted me 45hkd. No big deal I thought, maybe it's an additional charge of containers.
So I passed him 105hkd. The changed he returned was 50hkd, 10hkd short. When questioned he said I passed him 95 hkd. So I fought back and said who in the right mind will give 95hkd when it's not in any major denomination?
