Southern Food can’t be considered refined cuisine, but it can still be delicious and satisfying if prepared well. Unfortunately my eating experience here wasn’t very satisfying.

This place may be better for taking snacks with a drink than for having a proper meal.

I only tried a few items; an appetizer, 2 mains, a milkshake and a desert.

The pulled pork mac and cheese appetizer was pretty good, and so was the milkshake. But I wanted to try supposedly authentic southern food, so I tried a classic: the country fried steak.

It looked like a cat vomited on a piece of cardboard and the taste and texture didn’t make up for it. The unidentifiable white sauce had little taste, and the steak itself was a sad dry very thin piece of tough meat (I wouldn’t call that a steak) coated in batter. I only managed a few bites. That’s not an authentic southern food experience.

I also tried the fried chicken sandwich. It was dry, unnecessarily spicy and not very tasty. The toppings of half-melted cold cheese and crumbled Doritos didn’t save the dish.

We tried finishing it off with deep fried Oreo. If fried dough with ice cream is what you crave this would work, but there’s really nothing special about this. For what it is, it’s OK but probably not worth the price.

The service was OK.

Overall as a place to have drinks and snacks, this is a 3 or 4. But for a place to have dinner, its main dishes are a 2, a 3 at best. So overall I...

Philly Fries 芝土肥牛薯格 $148 Waffle fries are crispy and loaded with the delicious flavour of thin cut beef and jack & cheddar cheese. Super satisfying to eat 🤤 It is amazing that it is so rich by not greasy at all.

Beef Brisket Crunch Wrap Supreme $158 脆脆牛腩夾餅 The slow-cooked beef brisket is juicy and tender which is a perfect contrast with the crunchy tortilla. 🌯

Looking for new and different restaurants and I stumbled upon a picture of @gracelandmk ‘s chicken and waffles, so I JUST had to try it out!😫 We got the ultimate breakfast chicken and waffles, chips & dips and crispy shoestring fries. The ultimate breakfast waffles is a HUUGE portion, perfect for sharing between 2-4 people tbh. But, it’s so addictive and scrumptious! It’s so so filling as it has bacon, sausage patties, fried egg, gravy and ofc the thick yet fluffy waffle with maple syrup. I loved this waffle because despite having so many ingredients, it all went together so well 👌 The fries were crispy and just a classic (swipe to the third pic for my reaction oh my god this is so good). The chips and dips were so crunchy and a great side but it would’ve been perfect with some sour cream 🥹 Still, such a great meal, would revisit!!
