Dined here as a family last February 4. We were Filipino tourists and it’s the first time I experienced racism, yes I will call it that. It’s a shame that it’s coming from a fellow Asian. We sat down and started to look at their menu that was under the glass of the table, and after maybe 5 minutes (some of us already decided on our order), that’s the only time they told us to disregard that menu. So we had to check the actual menu and of course it took us time, being that the food was unfamiliar to us. The waitress kept pressuring us to order standing right by the table, we had to keep saying we weren’t ready. The language barrier was unavoidable, but their rude facial expressions and body language were right at our faces. One waiter was talking loudly about us, letting the other customers know that they have a problem with us, kept shaking his head and walking past us looking smug. THEN!!!! He served us empty bowls basically throwing it loudly at our table leaving us all stunned to speak and react. All the staff proceeded to talk about us obviously throwing hate for a reason we could never understand. We wanted to leave but we were just too tired and it was late, we just wanted to get it over with, plus we had hungry kids with us. We were all very shocked and extremely felt humiliated by their treatment. I will never dine here again and would warn anybody planning to go here, to avoid the...
Read moreGiving two stars since I haven't been there for lunch or dinner. My brother and I went there to eat breakfastand ordered Dim Sum such as the typical Cha Siu Bao, Ha Gao, Siu Mai and so on. According to the fact that the price was quite high (getting two Cha Siu Bao for 44HKD, normaly I would expect 3, but nevermind) the quality of the food wasn't like what we expected. Kinda tasteless and to be honest some of the frozen Dim Sum which you can buy would taste better. Service wasn't very friendly, but maybe we just had bad luck on that one. Also I have to point out that giving your customer tissues, at least one should be state of the art as a restaurant (you have to pay 3HKD for a package of tempos). So to sum up, my experience was only two stars worth and I wouldn't recommend going there, but every one has his...
Read moreMy wife and I went here one evening after the light show and shared the BBQ pork on rice meal. We wanted some water to drink and they were charging $3 USD for a bottle or $1 USD for a very small cup of water. We got the cup which was good enough we thought.
We also ordered hot milk tea and they charged us almost $4 USD for a small cup! When it came it was very bitter and not fresh at all. Must have been sitting quite awhile before they brought it out.
The food was average, the tables were sticky and gross, and the service was very poor. The worst thing was when we needed more water in our little cup that we paid for the guy said no! Really?
So, my recommendation would be to never eat here. Ever. It is overpriced and you'll be extremely...
