Went to this bistro/bar for a chill drink after a long day of work event in Hong Kong. It is a walkable distance from the Mira Hotel that I stayed. There are full stretches of bistro/bars in this area, but I decided to try this bistro/bar as I saw there is a stage area, so I wanted to hear some songs as well.
The staff told me that the live band only starts at 9 pm. I was there around 7.50 pm, so I decided to order a bottle of Italian white wine while waiting. The atmosphere was quiet and cozy when I was waiting. The musical entertainment gradually intensified throughout the evening, as the live band performed with increasing vigor and enthusiasm. The songs they sing are mostly English songs.
One aspect that could be improved is the level of service provided. The staff does not proactively refill ice or assist in pouring wine into the glass.
