Made two stays recently Feb 20 to Feb 23 2025 and Feb 26 to Feb 28. It was because of superior service and value during my initial stay that I made a second booking, however the second stay was less than ideal. Both bookings are superior double room.

During my initial stay, i booked four days but I arrived almost half a day late. I was served with multiple awesome receptionists (checked in during morning) and the assigned Room 136 (13th floor) was of a superior quality lacking only in working power outlet and scenic views. Room attendant comes everyday around 10:30am to chnage the bed and clean the entire area. 5 star room. 5 star service. 4 star location

I was given two sakeh izakaya redeemable coupons for a bowl of soba noodles on the first floor of the hotel. It was unfortunate that the bowl of noodle served was only a single bite size worth. The size of the bowl of noodle could use better clarification. Sakeh was packed with regular high paying customer. The small bowl of noodle was less than filling but there's plenty of good eateries nearby. They could also update their coupons, as the coupon say redeemable 9pm to 11pm but the resturant closes at 10 pm

During my second stay, I booked for two nights but I checked in a day late. Checked-in at evening. I got served by a rude receptionist and the assigned Room 163 lacks any superiority. Got slightly better view as the building in front are around 14 or 15 story(floor) tall. There's only one rude receptionist and there no where to complain when he is the only one in the house. Both the bathroom and bedroom were significantly smaller. The room is lacking in double lock and fire sprinkler. Bathroom got stains and cracks. Even the simple thing like the desk chair was lacking in cushioning. 2 star room. 1 star service. 4 star location

No coupons for sakeh free bite of noodle this time.

This is our second hotel in Hong Kong. Our kids put us up here because it is in a more vibrant location than the first hotel. While the hotel sits on a little side street on an incredibly steep hill, it has the attribute of being pretty quiet in an otherwise busy area. Shopping is very close by with practically anything you could want within 4 blocks. The room, while small, is pretty good for a 3-day stay. Storage is precious but the bed and bathroom are comfortable. This place has my husband’s all-time favorite shower. Two heads, strong blast of water in a roomy rectangle made of one clear and one opaque pane of glass. Signs of construction are around, but while we’ve been here the street is silent. I have to say I have enjoyed watching the bamboo scaffolders do their work! Second floor features a “lounge” for guests where you can get coffee, tea, juice, apples, rolls and muffins. Very pleasant. We were pleased to find ourselves across from a laundry, which we needed. When trying to be Hong Kongers gets too challenging, there is a Marks and Spencer store just around the corner. All English...

Very nice ! It’s up on the hill , pretty cosy ! It’s kind of among some local residences , not only tourists - makes it more interesting. Staff are friendly , helpful too. I take away 1 star from Service only because there’s no restaurant in hotel , but anyway who wants to eat inside the Hotel when there’re so much out there , right ? It’s near Knutsford Terrace - where lots of trendy bars + restaurants are located. We are a bit old going out late but still can feel the beat ! Just a short walk down not too far can reach Mira Place already - you almost can find everything there. Coffee , restaurants , shopping. And of course from there you can go to Jordon on one direction and towards Harbour City on the the other , plenty to do in Tsim Sha Tsui area ! Transportation there is the last thing you need to worry. MTR station exists everywhere , taxis or buses are convenient too. Or try take the famous Star Ferry across the Harbour after Harbour City. The view in the evening on the ferry ride is a sensational ! We definitely love to stay there again , hopefully soon...

I stayed at this hotel for a full month using their long-term stay package. overall I was very pleased with the experience especially with service provided by the staff! The beds are nice and soft, showers are spacious, and the kitchen/common area were very useful for getting work done. Even the gym had real dumbbells unlike the fake gyms you get at other hotels. Wi-Fi was very fast and obviously the location is phenomenal being right next to the bar strip. there were definitely some noise problems with neighbors in the halls slamming their doors, but I believe the management has installed door padding to relieve the noise. sound insulation between walls is also poor but easily solved with ear plugs. it's going up the steep hill bothers you, you could just take the secret alley passageway through to Jordan MTR.

GREAT value. Good Location. Walking distance to ferry terminal. Quick and friendly check in. Modern and clean rooms. Super fast internet (each room has a separate router with individual username and password) - I got 50 Mbps up and down. Highly recommend! Btw: there is NO pool and NO gym (someone needs to change that on Google maps)
