If one wanna go for steamboat in Hong Kong, this is definitely one of if not the place to go. Their mixed seafood platter is quite good but would recommend to order ala carte. Their soup base is nucely done and I don3think any MSG is used. One oh the side dish i recommend is their deep fried chinese style churro (or "yao tiu" ala "yao ja kwai" in cantonese)- stuffed with fish paste and topped with generoys amount of fish roe, this is my favourite. Depending on what you order, our bill for 5 pax with a few bottles of beer and drinks costs about...

Not bad worth a try, for me myself I would return again for their so called sashimi, really wondering how can a hognk ong restaurant style offering sashimi, too bad this were my second dinner so just try wat my stomach can afford, well their beef is not so chewable but taste really good, the juicy meat to the fat part were all good really like it, the soup base I ordered was century egg with Chinese parsley, dun drink when serve, try it after it had been boiled for half an hour, the taste of the soup is good by then.

Well one photo...

Wonderful seafood Hotpot restaurant. It's frequently by locals, and Hong Kong peeps really know their soups. This restaurant has many soup base options, including drunken chicken, fish maw seafood soup stocks. A must try would be the dough fritters with prawn "glue" and fish roe. It's amazing how the dough soaks up the soup and still packs a crunch!
