Horrible experience. I came in with a super simple order. One spicy lamb doner wrap to go. The cashier (Muna was his name according to the reciept) told me it would be 15 minutes so I went to go pick up my wife's food elsewhere and returned EXACTLY 15 mins later so as not to crowd the small restaurant.

When I returned I asked both the person at the register (now a lady) and Muna himself if the food for ticket number 193 was ready and they both told me they were working on it. So, I stood around waiting. A few minutes later Muna told me to have a seat and that he would call me when it's ready. I waited and waited and waited. Nearly 40 minutes had passed from my original order time until Muna finally bothered to come up and ask me what my order number was. When I told him (again) that it was 193 he said that it had been waiting for me for a long time.

Beyond frustrating. He seemed to not care at all.

Wrap was also overly salty and I don't think it was actually made spicy like I asked. I would advise...

The customer service at this restaurant is something I hope other customers in the future don't have to go through. The place was empty and we pre ordered a pizza and when we got there were planning to order fries and more soft drinks. Something the manage Sunny has let us to on numerous occasions. Instead of just telling us no simply. We were yelled at and told to leave. The main woman at the counter was very rude to all 3 of us. And when we explained we're regulars and talk to Sunny all the time. She says " don't tell Sunny about this. You don't need to talk to him " and we left immediately. Insane interaction. Hope no one else has to go...

Best place to have Turkish food, staff is welcoming and nice, food was very tasty no doubt and sauces they give u along add more flavour, and the salad served with a combo meal was yummilicous plus a very good quantity, we ordered their pizza too and it was one slice but was big enough for my kids. We also ordered a SAMOSA it was warm freshly cooked and tasty. Best part they serve you fresh food. Sitting area is small. But if you visit this place in non rushy hours then you can enjoy the yummy HALAL food while just looking at the street...
