The food are ok for me but the service are really bad especially the cashier male staff (middle age male with spectacles) he is very rude and need to becareful with the bill especially he is on duty, because he will key in more dishes which is different with your order card. If he over charge you asking for refund or re write he will tell you in very rude word and showing his bad attitude to you "why don't you check your receipt and put the receipt very hard on the cashier table for you". He never think that he done the wrong thing by wrong charge. All the receipt are in Chinese word for those who can't really read Chinese please becareful with that guy. Definitely locals place. I was here 2017 and they have the best beef hotpot,so I came back in 2024. BUT

The service here is lousy. The lady doesn't want to explain and say all is same.

Ask for spoon ,she give scoop.

Quite dirty and unhygienic. The utensils were stained and had to ask for them to be changed. Service is poor at best. Food was mediocre, soup was bland for the hotpot. Probably because its 24 hours.
