🇰🇷 As a passionate lover of Korean cuisine, I recently found myself drawn back to the vibrant streets of Tsim Sha Tsui in search of delicious Korean food. I decided to revisit a restaurant that had left a lasting impression on me with its exceptional volcano rice dish.

1️⃣ Octopus Volcano 🌋 Price: $198 This dish is an absolute must-try! The waiter carefully pours raw egg and sprinkles cheese on top of the sizzling hot plate. Then, with a touch of excitement, he ignites the egg and cheese with a flamethrower. As the flames subside, the egg cooks and the cheese melts, creating a mouthwatering combination. Once everything is mixed together, you'll experience a delightful blend of flavors and textures. It's a dish that takes me back to the Hallasan of Jeju Island.

2️⃣ Royal Rice cake Price: $148 This traditional Korean delicacy features soft and chewy rice cakes bathed in a rich and flavorful sauce. The combination of sweet and savory notes creates a delightful explosion of taste with every bite. It's a dish that brings together the essence of Korean cuisine in a truly royal fashion.

3️⃣ Grape Makgeolli Price: $110 Take a sip of the refreshing Grape Makgeolli and immerse yourself in the vibrant flavors of Korea. This traditional rice wine is expertly crafted with the finest grapes, resulting in a delightful balance of sweetness and tartness. After reading someone else's instagram story, I decided to eat it with my friends. I ordered spicy lava fried rice, egg rolls, three-color pancakes and peach rice wine. The two spent a total of 741hkd, which is really expensive. Lava fried rice is too spicy. As a person in the southwest, I think it's a little spicy, and my Fujian friends are so spicy that they drink water. The egg rolls are very large, very conscientious and praised. I even think that two girls can eat, and only one egg roll can be enough. Three-color pancakes are useless, but the taste of starch.

Finally, we thought the peach rice wine was not bad. Although it didn't taste like wine, it was sweet and delicious. But the point is that the rice wine menu is priced at 120 Hong Kong dollars. I search on Taobao, and it is sold at Tmall supermarket for 22 yuan（24hkd）. At that moment, my smile solidified, as if there were two big words "big resentment" printed on my head.

At this point, the two spent 741 hkd. Even in Hong Kong, where the price is high, 741 Hong Kong dollars at noon, can also eat the Michelin recommended French lunch set meal of the restaurant week, eat beef buffet and eat the Haidilao hotpot with quite a lot dishes.

I have visited the OP-PA restaurant multiple times, and this time I brought my camera along to capture the experience seriously! Cheese and alcohol can be considered the essence of Korean cuisine, and OP-PA definitely excels in showcasing this essence.

The wooden tables and decor, along with the stylish gray-themed walls, create a pleasant atmosphere. Moreover, they play the latest and trendiest K-Pop music, adding to the lively and enjoyable ambiance, perfect for gathering with friends ε-(´∀｀; )

This is the must-try signature dish that I always order. The cheese pull is absolutely delightful. The combination of kimchi, seaweed, and fresh crab roe is incredibly flavorful. The staff even performs tableside grilling, making it both visually appealing and delicious! ✧⁺⸜(･ ᗜ ･ )⸝⁺✧
