I had heard great things about this place, however I felt extremely disappointed

First of all, the food - tasted very stale - and looked like it had been bought elsewhere and just placed on their shelf The coffee was alright, but again nothing special

The service unfortunately I found quite rude, I was trying to smile, make conversation with the person taking my order, she didn’t even make eye contact with me, and when I asked to pay by card, she just did some tapping on the card machine, then just held it with her behind the counter, so I was standing there awkwardly, and she just says “pay” - no, the machine is ready please tap here, or even a you can tap now.

I assumed she was having technical issues since she was staring into space after a bit of tapping on the machine and screen, I assumed we were just waiting for the thing to restart, and she goes “pay”.. very unprofessional

We visited this place twice. The first time, everything was generally fine. But on our second visit, it was just disappointing. The card machine was broken, so they only accepted cash. After we ordered, we sat down, but the barista served the customers behind us first, which didn’t happen during our first visit when things ran more smoothly, like in most cafes. I went up just in case they had forgotten our order. The way the barista handed me the drink was just... well, it spilled on the tray, and there was no apology or acknowledgment. The service that day was really poor. And that wasn't even the worst part—my friend ordered the toffee latte, just like the first time, but this time it tasted like milk. They specialise in Turkish style coffee but have a fairly wide range of traditional coffee and non-coffee drinks. The indoor seating area is stylish with a Middle Eastern atmosphere.
