I had heard great things about this place, however I felt extremely disappointed
First of all, the food - tasted very stale - and looked like it had been bought elsewhere and just placed on their shelf The coffee was alright, but again nothing special
The service unfortunately I found quite rude, I was trying to smile, make conversation with the person taking my order, she didn’t even make eye contact with me, and when I asked to pay by card, she just did some tapping on the card machine, then just held it with her behind the counter, so I was standing there awkwardly, and she just says “pay” - no, the machine is ready please tap here, or even a you can tap now.
I assumed she was having technical issues since she was staring into space after a bit of tapping on the machine and screen, I assumed we were just waiting for the thing to restart, and she goes “pay”.. very unprofessional
