Starbucks (Avenue of Stars) — Restaurant in Kowloon

I never write google reviews but in this case I was kind of had to. Bought pink lemonade in a glass bottle. Then I wanted a Starbucks plastic cup with ice in it. I am just a tourist and asked very kindly. Omg! It became a huge problem. Staff is dirty rude. She screamed at me saying give me your drink, I will put it in a cup but you should wait 5min. I said okay, sure I can wait. While I was waiting, she started to make other customers’ coffee harshly and loudly, looking at me angrily. Staff working at touristic places must be kinder. I did not understand why she behaved like that. By the way, it is a custom in the US to give costumer a cup when they buy bottled drink. But no problem. I just asked kindly. Since I am a tourist actually I was in my kindest state. She could say no. But nope. I even said, I did not want something hard. Disrespectful lady just throw the cup to me. Talked some slang things and while looking at me and the worst thing is she started to talk chinese, sure she was saying something slang or bad , since other baristas were giggling. If I was not a tourist here, sure I could handle this better. She must learn to behave well, it is her job. I add the photo of the lady who misbehaved, just keep away from her. She is disgustingly rude and angry. She may have a bad day, but she really exceed toleration line. I just got my drink...

Was pleased to learn that the two storey Starbucks located on the Avenue of Stars was reopened recently. Sadly, the entire area closed down for redevelopment works between 2016-19. The Avenue of Stars reopened last year and with it this excellently situated Starbucks has also returned.

Recently, I stopped here and had a double espresso. In short, it was similar enough to what is served at other Starbucks that I stop by from time to time for a caffeine fix. Not sure about the food here however.

In short, this is a typical Starbucks, nothing particularly interesting or special with the exception of the second floor outdoor seating area with nice views of Victoria Harbour. This is such a nice place to enjoy a coffee drink and cake or other snack, even if you're not a particular fan of Starbucks. Its the venue and views that you...

the lady in pick up area is the worst waitress in starbucks. she asked me to get my order in pastry, but the pastry lady is always busy. so I asked the lady in cashier, she still tell me to get my order at pick up counter. i got back to pick up counter and that rude lady yelled to get my order in pastry not cashier. when I back to busy pastry lady, I yelled at her to get her attention, in the end she dont understand and ask me to pick up counter. finally that rude lady take my order n no sorry at all for making a scene in the store. bad starbucks service all around the world. but It has amazing view at upperdeck...
