A purely chance-encounter through a Google search, I can confirm that the rave reviews are well deserved! The Food Truck Company is unpretentious, casual and friendly. Pedro runs a one-man-show and serves up some pretty amazing sandwiches, and the other plates going out looked good too - we had the bifana and cod croquettes. He is more than happy for his diners to help themselves to beers and drinks as needed from the fridge, whilst he meanwhile gets on with pregos (beef buns), bifanas (shaved pork tenderloin buns), cod croquettes, open face chorizo sandwiches, fries, octopus salad and a range of other goodies. His home made chili sauce is amazing! This is THE place if you want to chill, have a great bite to eat with a couple of ice cold beers, and even interact with other visitors. Pedro also has the only draft Superbock in town. You can find the Food Truck Company down an animated pedestrian street, with a few other artisanal shops - well worth a little wander also.

First time visiting Macau and we wanted to try portugese food for the first time and stumbled across this place on google maps which is a very short walk away from the nearby St. Pauls ruins. We were greeted by the very friendly owner, Pedro, who recommended Pica Pav to us. The beef was so flavorful and it was cooked to perfection, paired perfectly well with the delicious gravy. the fries that comes with it also goes very well with the gravy. I was thinking about how good it was on my walk back to my hotel after leaving. The atmosphere was great, the store looks retro and aesthetic, owner was really fun to chat and its generally a great place to chill with ur friends over beer. I think this place deserves more credit! Many people only enter the store just to take photos without eating anything :( Will definitely come back to try the Pica Pav again and hopefully other dishes as well if i have the chance to. Thanks Pedro!

One of the best Portuguese restaurants in Macau and an absolute hidden gem. Beautiful food, great prices and a lovely owner and ambience, what more can you ask for in a restaurant. Tucked away down a pretty little lane a short walk away from the historical Dai Sam Ba and easy to get to with buses from HZMB and Macau ferry terminal is the Food Truck Company. I had the pleasure to enjoy local specials of Octopus, Portuguese Sausages on bread and a delightful Portuguese beer along with the hospitality from Pedro. The Octopus was fresh and delicious, and the Sausages were a lovely accompaniment. Unfortunately, I was too full to enjoy the sandwich that I had wanted to try. This restaurant really surprised me with the ambiance and the food and most importantly the story behind the restaurant and its food. The food and the atmosphere made me completely forget to take photos of the food. A must visit

Don’t judge a book by its cover, read on. We arrived late and hungry on a cold Friday night and was welcomed by friendly Food Truck Company owner, Pedro. We ordered the Pica pav (Beef dish), Portuguese sausage and Bifana with cheese (Pork tenderloin sandwich) to share for 2 ppl with Portuguese beers. We had a lovely chat with Pedro as he cooked. Pedro’s attention to detail shines through in his food. The flavour of the Pica pav was complex and comes from deglazing the pan with beer. The servings were generous and made fresh. Do make sure you try your tapas with Pedro’s special homemade hot sauce. It was so addictive! We enjoyed hanging out with Pedro and hearing his culinary stories. Do stop by for a meal if you are looking for an authentic experience.

A hidden gem on Portuguese st. The coconut milkshake was to die for, with real coconut meat and the perfect amount of creaminess. Their Pork bun sandwich is a must try if you check this place out, with their house made hot sauce (beware there is a kick to it). Please come by an support, it was my first time traveling to Macau and I am so glad I came across this shop. The owner and his wife were so welcoming and the ambiance of the restaurant had a western style feeling. Also, they were the very first restaurants to have a food truck here in Macau:)

a very nice portuguese eatery that has entry doors on both streets. Pedro and his wife do a great job offering excellent portuguese food at an affordable price. my favourite is the simple fried cod fish cakes (pasteis de bacalhau) that's so good, very impressive, just like tasting it in Lisboa. you get 4 pasteis for 30MOP$. the Superbock beer is also good, a small one is 20$, bigger one for 25$. the place has one long common table and is not so big at all, but has a very nice atmosphere. highly suggested. obrigadinho Pedro!
