Today 19.12.22 around noon time first time experience at Chaa the system choose be make an appointments by queue even I didn't know how to do because of all Chinese version and have some staff come and help me her name is Amy!! She very please and help me very polite suggestions me about coffee bean and taking order by gently also so staff inside the barista he is very polite do good coffee for me (Dirty Coffee) as well food very tasty too High recommended

The waiting time in line is way more too long for lunch or afternoon tea. We order baked matcha which is nice, very strong green tea flavor and the latte art is also beautiful. For the kombucha, there are four flavours and I tried the apple mix cinnamon which are very fresh, but they didn’t make it by themselves… and the avocado waffles looks good. What I really like is the interior decoration, I can feel they did put efforts to make it nice.

I don’t really think their coffee is outstanding but it was a very “unforgettable” experience. They are quite rude and disrespectful, because we only order coffee without purchasing their food? One of my friend join us a bit later and ordered a drink, they were not busy but we were sitting there for more than 10minutes and “enjoying” their rudeness 😃 Consider 9 of us were there for less than an hour.

Excellent latte, impressive French style ''oeufs brouillés''. WiFi available. Very clean place.

I hate to reveal this gem in Macau, to keep it for myself on my next visit, but they really deserve it.

The only thing I didn't like so much is probably getting seated then having to stand up to go to the counter to order and pay upfront like at a fast food joint. Else keep up the good work. Thank you for making the start of my...
